【摘要】:以機械制造企業(yè)自動化單元的生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量控制為研究對象,提出了一種自動化單元批量生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量分析的新方法,對生產(chǎn)過程的中零件質(zhì)量建立狀態(tài)空間模型,提取質(zhì)量特征矢量來描述某一階段的加工狀態(tài)。以質(zhì)量狀態(tài)變換方程刻畫零件的加工過程,通過狀態(tài)變換方程的串聯(lián)疊加實現(xiàn)對多工序生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學描述;通過數(shù)控生產(chǎn)線監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)獲取生產(chǎn)過程中零件質(zhì)量相關信息,以這些數(shù)據(jù)為基礎條件求解生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)特征矩陣,并結合生產(chǎn)過程特征熵來評價生產(chǎn)過程,實現(xiàn)質(zhì)量控制。實例分析說明該方法正確性和有效性,為自動化單元批量生產(chǎn)提供一種有效的生產(chǎn)過程評價和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量分析方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new method of mass production quality analysis of automation units is proposed, and a state space model is established for the quality of parts in the process of production. The quality feature vector is extracted to describe the processing state of a certain stage. The machining process of the parts is described by the quality state transformation equation, the mathematical description of the multi-process production system is realized by the serial superposition of the state transformation equation, and the quality information of the parts in the production process is obtained by the monitoring and management system of the NC production line. On the basis of these data, the characteristic matrix of production system is solved, and the characteristic entropy of production process is combined to evaluate the production process and realize the quality control. The example shows that the method is correct and effective, and provides an effective method for the evaluation of production process and the analysis of product quality for the batch production of automation unit.
