基于熱分析的齒輪傳遞誤差的計(jì)算和共振可靠性分析

【摘要】:齒輪是機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分,具有傳動(dòng)比精確,工作可靠、效率高,使用功率、速度范圍廣等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)進(jìn)程中有著舉足輕重的地位,廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車、航空航天、冶金、制藥、化工等行業(yè)。然而,齒輪在內(nèi)、外激勵(lì)的共同作用下不可避免地會(huì)發(fā)生振動(dòng),產(chǎn)生噪聲,影響其壽命和可靠性。隨著齒輪轉(zhuǎn)速和載荷的增加,齒輪的振動(dòng)也會(huì)越來越嚴(yán)重。工程實(shí)際中,齒輪的許多破壞都和振動(dòng)有關(guān),其中共振產(chǎn)生的破壞尤其嚴(yán)重。 溫度的變化會(huì)引起齒輪熱變形,造成齒形偏差,在齒形偏差和彈性變形等因素的作用下,齒輪系統(tǒng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生傳遞誤差,傳遞誤差是齒輪振動(dòng)的主要激勵(lì)源之一。同時(shí),齒輪溫度的變化會(huì)引起材料性能發(fā)生變化,進(jìn)而會(huì)引起固有頻率的變化,另外,齒輪內(nèi)部由不均勻的溫度場(chǎng)形成的熱應(yīng)力也會(huì)對(duì)其固有頻率產(chǎn)生影響,從而會(huì)對(duì)齒輪的共振可靠性產(chǎn)生影響。因此,基于熱分析的齒輪傳遞誤差的計(jì)算和共振可靠性分析更加接近實(shí)際工作情況,是有意義的。 本文以直齒圓柱齒輪為研究對(duì)象,利用大型通用有限元分析軟件ANSYS11.0進(jìn)行上述分析,主要內(nèi)容分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分根據(jù)移動(dòng)熱源的方法,對(duì)齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中的瞬態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了仿真;第二部分基于齒輪的本體溫度場(chǎng),對(duì)齒輪的熱變形進(jìn)行了分析,計(jì)算了齒輪的非漸開線誤差,討論了熱變形對(duì)齒輪振動(dòng)的影響,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了考慮熱變形時(shí)齒輪傳遞誤差的計(jì)算;第三部分在考慮溫度場(chǎng)的前提下進(jìn)行齒輪模態(tài)分析,分析了溫度場(chǎng)對(duì)齒輪模態(tài)的影響;第四部分在考慮溫度場(chǎng)的前提下進(jìn)行了齒輪共振可靠性和可靠性靈敏度的分析。
[Abstract]:Gear is an important part of mechanical transmission system. It has many outstanding advantages such as accurate transmission ratio, reliable work, high efficiency, wide range of power and speed. It has a pivotal position in modern industrial process and is widely used in automobiles. Aerospace, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. However, the vibration and noise will inevitably occur under the combined action of the external excitation and the gear, which will affect the life and reliability of the gear. With the increase of gear speed and load, gear vibration will become more and more serious. In engineering practice, many failures of gears are related to vibration, especially those caused by resonance. The change of temperature will cause the gear thermal deformation and cause the tooth shape deviation. Under the action of tooth shape deviation and elastic deformation, the transmission error of gear system will be produced, which is one of the main excitation sources of gear vibration. At the same time, the change of the temperature of the gear will cause the change of the material properties and then the change of the natural frequency. In addition, the thermal stress formed by the non-uniform temperature field in the gear will also have an effect on the inherent frequency of the gear. This will affect the resonance reliability of the gear. Therefore, the calculation of gear transmission error and resonance reliability analysis based on thermal analysis are closer to the actual working conditions and are meaningful. In this paper, the spur gear is taken as the research object, and the above analysis is carried out by using ANSYS11.0. The main contents are divided into four parts: the first part is based on the method of moving heat source. The transient temperature field during gear rotation is simulated. In the second part, based on the temperature field of gear, the thermal deformation of gear is analyzed, the non-involute error of gear is calculated, and the influence of thermal deformation on gear vibration is discussed. In the third part, the gear modal analysis is carried out under the premise of considering the temperature field, and the influence of the temperature field on the gear modal is analyzed. In the fourth part, the resonance reliability and reliability sensitivity of gears are analyzed considering the temperature field.
