應(yīng)用于輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的接口技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,客戶對機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的需求日益?zhèn)性化和多樣化,這就迫使企業(yè)必須在低成本和短交貨期的前提下,不斷增強(qiáng)自身的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,進(jìn)而贏得市場競爭力。模塊化設(shè)計(jì)在這種環(huán)境下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,已經(jīng)逐漸成為最符合中國制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)之一。它通過科學(xué)的模塊化體系,快速地將各功能模塊組合成滿足客戶需求的個(gè)性化產(chǎn)品。并且由于模塊的系列化設(shè)計(jì)、批量化生產(chǎn)和系統(tǒng)化管理,大大降低了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本。因而,企業(yè)對于模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理論的運(yùn)用和實(shí)施有著非常迫切的需求,但是目前我國的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理論還不夠完善,技術(shù)還不夠成熟,特別是在模塊組合環(huán)節(jié)中起到關(guān)鍵作用的模塊接口設(shè)計(jì)還沒有形成完備、系統(tǒng)的理論方法。 基于此,本文從輪式裝載機(jī)模塊接口的大量實(shí)例中總結(jié)出一套基于模塊化的接口設(shè)計(jì)方法,在模塊化設(shè)計(jì)中與模塊的變型和組合相匹配,提高模塊的重利用度,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的快速設(shè)計(jì),縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)周期,,降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本。 本文以輪式裝載機(jī)為研究對象,闡述了輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化的研究背景和發(fā)展趨勢。簡要說明了輪式裝載機(jī)的研發(fā)特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)要求,指出了對其模塊化的原則,展示了模塊化結(jié)果,并對模塊的關(guān)聯(lián)情況進(jìn)行了簡單分析,以作為接口研究的基礎(chǔ)。對接口的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和完善,并設(shè)計(jì)了輪式裝載機(jī)模塊接口的編碼方法。 概括了模塊接口的特性,通過對接口結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸的分析,簡化了接口設(shè)計(jì)。制定了確定模塊接口基型的流程,應(yīng)用層次分析法完成了基型主要參數(shù)的選擇,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)了接口的系列化。而且提出了模塊接口再設(shè)計(jì),建立了接口的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,制定了面向模塊化庫的接口設(shè)計(jì)文檔,總結(jié)了模塊接口設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法和步驟。最后以某企業(yè)5T系列輪式裝載機(jī)工作裝置和屬具的接口設(shè)計(jì)為例,驗(yàn)證了本文方法的可操作性。 通過對應(yīng)用企業(yè)的相關(guān)調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示這種設(shè)計(jì)方法加快了輪式裝載機(jī)的配置過程,提高了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的效率和質(zhì)量,降低了設(shè)計(jì)者的工作強(qiáng)度,加快了企業(yè)響應(yīng)客戶需求的速度,提高了企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, customers' demand for mechanical products is becoming more and more individualized and diversified, which forces enterprises to enhance their technological innovation ability under the premise of low cost and short delivery time, and then to win market competitiveness. Modular design emerges as the times require in this environment and has gradually become one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies in accordance with the current situation and characteristics of China's manufacturing industry. Through the scientific modular system, the functional modules are quickly combined into personalized products to meet the needs of customers. Because of the serial design, batch production and systematic management of the module, the production cost is greatly reduced. Therefore, enterprises have a very urgent need for the application and implementation of modular design theory. However, at present, the modular design theory of mechanical products in our country is not perfect enough, and the technology is not mature enough. Especially, the module interface design, which plays a key role in the module combination, has not yet formed a complete, systematic theory and method. Based on this, this paper summarizes a set of interface design methods based on modularization from a large number of examples of the module interface of wheel loader, which matches with the variant and combination of the module in the modular design, and improves the reutilization of the module. Promote rapid product design, shorten product design cycle and reduce production cost. In this paper, the research background and development trend of wheel loader modularization are described. This paper briefly describes the research and development characteristics and design requirements of wheel loader, points out the principle of modularization, shows the result of modularization, and makes a simple analysis of the correlation of the modules, which is the basis of the research on the interface. The theoretical basis of the interface is summarized and improved, and the coding method of the wheel loader module interface is designed. The characteristics of the module interface are summarized and the interface design is simplified by analyzing the structure and size of the interface. The process of determining the basic type of the module interface is worked out, and the selection of the main parameters of the basic type is completed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the serialization of the interface is realized. Furthermore, the re-design of the module interface is proposed, the evaluation mechanism of the interface design is established, the interface design document oriented to the modular library is established, and the general methods and steps of the module interface design are summarized. Finally, the design of the interface between the working device and the equipment of the 5T series wheel loader in an enterprise is taken as an example to verify the maneuverability of this method. Through the investigation of application enterprises, the results show that this design method accelerates the configuration process of wheel loader, improves the efficiency and quality of modular design, and reduces the working intensity of designers. Accelerate the speed of enterprise response to customer demand, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
