690合金與1Cr13不銹鋼及其爆炸噴涂WC-25Co涂層高溫微動磨損特性研究

【摘要】:微動通常指兩固體接觸面之間發(fā)生的極小位移的相對運動。由于微動主要是由于微觀偶然振動引起的,這種無征兆的微動損傷積累下來將會對機械零件造成災(zāi)難性的損傷。流體流動導致的在蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管與支撐板處的小幅運動積累下來便會導致蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管的微動磨損失效。盡管前人做了很多工作,時至今日也沒有一種系統(tǒng)解決蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管微動磨損失效的辦法。 本文在PLINT微動磨損試驗機上以“管/平面”接觸方式分別進行了“690合金管/1Cr13不銹鋼”及“690合金管/爆炸噴涂WC-25Co涂層”的微動磨損試驗。分析了兩種不同摩擦配副的摩擦三維特性曲線、摩擦系數(shù)曲線,測量了兩種不同摩擦配副之間的磨損體積,利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡觀察了其磨痕形貌,探究了兩種不同摩擦配副之間的微動磨損機理。主要結(jié)論如下: (1)位移幅值對690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼、690合金/WC-25Co涂層摩擦系數(shù)影響較。环ㄏ噍d荷對摩擦系數(shù)影響較大,體現(xiàn)在隨著法相載荷的增大690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼、690合金/WC-25Co涂層摩擦系數(shù)隨之增大。 (2)位移幅值及法向載荷對690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼及690合金/WC-25Co涂層的微動磨損特性有重要影響。隨著位移及載荷的增大,690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼、690合金/WC-25Co涂層磨損量均增大。 (3)溫度對690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼磨損體積的影響體現(xiàn)在,200℃時磨損體積最大,300℃磨損體積居中,室溫25℃磨損體積最;而690合金/WC-25Co涂層則隨著溫度的升高,磨損體積隨之減少。 (4)室溫條件下,690合金的磨損機理為磨粒磨損和剝層的共同作用,1Cr13不銹鋼的磨損機理為磨粒磨損、塑性變形以及剝層,WC-25Co涂層磨損機理為磨粒磨損;高溫條件下,磨損機理分別為690合金-氧化磨損、粘著磨損、剝層,1Cr13不銹鋼-氧化磨損、塑性變形、剝層,WC-25Co為磨粒磨損。 (5)690合金/WC-25Co涂層配副時在各種工況條件下的磨損體積均小于690合金/1Cr13不銹鋼,由此可得出結(jié)論,在蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管支撐板材料1Cr13不銹鋼上通過爆炸噴涂制備WC-25Co涂層能有效降低SG傳熱管因微動磨損而導致的損傷。
[Abstract]:Fretting usually refers to the relative motion of a minimal displacement between two solid contact surfaces. Since fretting is mainly caused by microcosmic accidental vibration, the accumulation of this kind of fretting damage without warning will cause disastrous damage to mechanical parts. The accumulation of small motion between the heat transfer tube and the supporting plate of the steam generator caused by fluid flow will lead to the fretting wear failure of the heat transfer tube of the steam generator. Although much work has been done, there is no systematic method to solve the fretting wear failure of steam generator tube. In this paper, the fretting wear tests of "690 alloy tube / 1Cr13 stainless steel" and "690 alloy tube / explosive sprayed WC-25Co coating" have been carried out on the PLINT fretting wear tester. The friction characteristic curves and friction coefficient curves of two kinds of friction pairs were analyzed. The wear volume between two kinds of friction pairs was measured. The wear marks were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The mechanism of fretting wear between two different friction pairs was investigated. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the displacement amplitude has little effect on the friction coefficient of 690 alloy / 1Cr13 stainless steel alloy / WC-25Co coating, and the normal phase load has a great effect on the friction coefficient. The friction coefficient of 690 alloy / 1Cr13 stainless steel / WC-25Co coating increases with the increase of normal phase load. (2) displacement amplitude and normal load have important influence on fretting wear characteristics of 690 alloy / 1Cr13 stainless steel and 690 alloy / WC-25Co coating. With the increase of displacement and load, the wear volume of WC-25Co coating / 1Cr13 stainless steel alloy / WC-25Co coating increases. (3) the effect of temperature on wear volume of 690 alloy / 1Cr13 stainless steel is in the middle of the maximum wear volume of 300 鈩,
