【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,工程起重機(jī)的工作強(qiáng)度日趨繁重,由于結(jié)構(gòu)的失效造成的事故頻頻出現(xiàn),其安全性能受到廣泛關(guān)注。在工程起重機(jī)的設(shè)計階段,人們主要重視結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度和剛度問題。由于工程起重機(jī)使用工況、壽命影響因素復(fù)雜,因此,工程起重機(jī)的疲勞壽命評估一直以來都是工程難題。因此,對工程起重機(jī)進(jìn)行疲勞壽命評估研究具有重要意義。 介紹了現(xiàn)有的疲勞壽命估算方法和工程起重機(jī)疲勞壽命評估的現(xiàn)狀,針對工程起重機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和疲勞破壞的原因,確定采用斷裂力學(xué)理論進(jìn)行起重機(jī)疲勞壽命評估。 總結(jié)了采用斷裂力學(xué)理論進(jìn)行工程起重機(jī)疲勞壽命評估的流程和具體步驟,為起重機(jī)疲勞壽命評估提供新思路。 采用有限元法對起重機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合疲勞破壞的方式,確定疲勞危險部位;在前人對起重機(jī)動力學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計的載荷數(shù)據(jù)獲得載荷譜,為進(jìn)行疲勞壽命評估奠定基礎(chǔ)。 以某公司的一臺50噸履帶起重機(jī)為例,采用總結(jié)的評估流程進(jìn)行疲勞壽命評估。臂架是起重機(jī)非常重要的部件。根據(jù)表面裂紋的擴(kuò)展方式,運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件中的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子模塊計算出了應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子表達(dá)式。分別計算了含表面裂紋和埋藏裂紋的臂架結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞壽命,得到了相應(yīng)的臨界條件,為設(shè)備維修和報廢提供依據(jù)。通過該起重機(jī)的評估,驗(yàn)證了該評估流程的合理性。 本文的研究不僅對工程起重機(jī)疲勞壽命評估具有指導(dǎo)意義,而且為其他機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的壽命評估提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy, the work intensity of engineering crane is becoming more and more heavy. Due to the frequent accidents caused by structural failure, the safety performance of the crane is paid more and more attention. In the design stage of engineering crane, people mainly pay attention to the strength and stiffness of structure. The fatigue life evaluation of engineering cranes is always a difficult problem because of the complex factors affecting the life of engineering cranes under the working conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the fatigue life of engineering crane. This paper introduces the existing fatigue life estimation methods and the present situation of engineering crane fatigue life evaluation. According to the structural characteristics of engineering crane and the cause of fatigue failure, the fracture mechanics theory is adopted to evaluate the crane fatigue life. This paper summarizes the process and concrete steps of fatigue life evaluation of engineering crane based on fracture mechanics theory, which provides a new idea for crane fatigue life evaluation. The structure of crane is analyzed by finite element method and the fatigue damage mode is used to determine the dangerous part of the crane. On the basis of the previous research on crane dynamics, the load spectrum is obtained according to the statistical load data. It lays the foundation for fatigue life evaluation. Taking a 50 ton crawler crane of a company as an example, the fatigue life evaluation is carried out by using the summarized evaluation procedure. Jib is a very important part of crane. According to the growth mode of the surface crack, the expression of the stress intensity factor is calculated by using the stress intensity factor module in ANSYS software. The fatigue life of boom structures with surface cracks and buried cracks are calculated, and the corresponding critical conditions are obtained, which provide the basis for equipment maintenance and scrapping. Through the evaluation of the crane, the rationality of the evaluation process is verified. The research in this paper not only has the guiding significance for the fatigue life evaluation of engineering cranes, but also provides reference for the life evaluation of other mechanical products.
