【摘要】:離心通風(fēng)機(jī)是在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各領(lǐng)域中廣泛應(yīng)用的一種通用機(jī)械,產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)形成多個(gè)系列,設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)也在不斷增強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)。隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈化,如何提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)效率、快速響應(yīng)用戶的設(shè)計(jì)需求,降低成本,對(duì)于提高企業(yè)效益和產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的意義。目前在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)主流的手段仍停留在二維階段,其存在設(shè)計(jì)過程不直觀、工作量大、設(shè)計(jì)中的錯(cuò)誤不易發(fā)現(xiàn)等缺陷,因而采用三維CAD技術(shù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)是必然的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。目前在離心通風(fēng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中采用三維軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)體造型、出效果圖等方面已經(jīng)得到了一定的應(yīng)用,但是針對(duì)離心通風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)的研究尚處于探索階段。本文開發(fā)的離心通風(fēng)機(jī)CAD系統(tǒng),提高了離心通風(fēng)機(jī)選型和變型設(shè)計(jì)的效率,縮短了設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高了離心通風(fēng)機(jī)三維參數(shù)化建模和向工程圖紙轉(zhuǎn)換的效率以及準(zhǔn)確度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了離心通風(fēng)機(jī)快速、高效、準(zhǔn)確的設(shè)計(jì)。 離心通風(fēng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)制造己形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列化產(chǎn)品,相同系列的風(fēng)機(jī)之間的零部件結(jié)構(gòu)和功能均相似,本文以系列化離心通風(fēng)機(jī)為對(duì)象,以三維CAD軟件SolidWorks為平臺(tái),結(jié)合Access數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),采用面向?qū)ο蟮腣isual Basic 6.0語言,對(duì)SolidWorks進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),建立了離心通風(fēng)機(jī)的CAD系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)分為選型與變型設(shè)計(jì)模塊和參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)模塊兩大部分,主要研究了離心通風(fēng)機(jī)的快速選型、相似設(shè)計(jì)與氣動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì)和基于SolidWorks進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),建立了有關(guān)離心通風(fēng)機(jī)的各種模型庫、數(shù)據(jù)庫以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件庫等。 離心通風(fēng)機(jī)CAD系統(tǒng)的功能主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)對(duì)離心通風(fēng)機(jī)快速選型;(2)當(dāng)沒有選到合適風(fēng)機(jī)型號(hào)時(shí),通過變型設(shè)計(jì)模塊可以快速設(shè)計(jì)出滿足要求的風(fēng)機(jī);(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)化建模和參數(shù)化裝配;(4)自動(dòng)生成工程圖,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)整,包括視圖位置調(diào)整、視圖比例調(diào)整、尺寸位置調(diào)整、明細(xì)表自動(dòng)生成與調(diào)整、技術(shù)要求預(yù)添加等方面,實(shí)現(xiàn)生成的圖紙能夠完全滿足企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的要求
[Abstract]:Centrifugal ventilator is a kind of universal machinery widely used in various fields of national economy. Many series of products have been formed and the design and production technology has been continuously enhanced and improved. With the increasingly fierce market competition, how to improve the efficiency of product design, quickly respond to the design needs of users, reduce costs, to improve the efficiency of enterprises and the market competitiveness of products has an important significance. At present, the mainstream method of mechanical design is still in the two-dimensional stage, which has some defects, such as the design process is not intuitive, the workload is large, the mistakes in the design are not easy to be found, so it is an inevitable development trend to adopt the three-dimensional CAD technology to design the products. At present, in the design process of centrifugal fan, 3D software is used for solid modeling, and the effect diagram has been applied to some extent. However, the research of CAD system for centrifugal fan design is still in the exploratory stage. The CAD system of centrifugal fan developed in this paper improves the efficiency of centrifugal fan selection and variant design, shortens the design cycle, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of 3D parametric modeling and conversion to engineering drawings of centrifugal fan. The centrifugal fan is designed quickly, efficiently and accurately. The design and manufacture of centrifugal fans have formed standard serialized products, and the components and functions of the same series of fans are similar. This paper takes serialized centrifugal ventilators as an object and takes 3D CAD software SolidWorks as the platform. Combined with Access database technology, the secondary development of SolidWorks is carried out by using object-oriented Visual basic 6.0 language, and the CAD system of centrifugal fan is established. The system is divided into two parts: type selection and variant design module and parametric design module. The key technologies of centrifugal fan selection, similar design and aerodynamic design and parameterized design based on SolidWorks are studied. The model base, database and standard parts database of centrifugal fan are established. The function of centrifugal fan CAD system mainly includes the following several aspects: 1) when the appropriate fan model is not selected, the fan can be designed quickly to meet the requirements through the variant design module. (3) realize parameterized modeling and parameterized assembly to generate engineering drawing automatically, and adjust it, including view position adjustment, view proportion adjustment, dimension position adjustment, detail list automatic generation and adjustment, technical requirement pre-addition and so on. The generated drawings can fully meet the requirements of enterprise production.
