背葉片對(duì)離心料漿泵性能影響研究

【摘要】:背葉片經(jīng)常被應(yīng)用到特種離心泵設(shè)計(jì)中,它的設(shè)計(jì)影響了離心泵的揚(yáng)程、效率等水力性能。文中針對(duì)背葉片的高度、形狀等幾何參數(shù)對(duì)離心泵的性能影響作了數(shù)值模擬研究,分別對(duì)設(shè)置有后彎式與直型背葉片的四種不同形狀的離心泵內(nèi)部流場作了三維湍流數(shù)值模擬,分析了因背葉片高度不同、型線不同對(duì)泵水力性能與內(nèi)部流場的影響。結(jié)果表明,帶后彎式背葉片的泵揚(yáng)程和效率均較直型背葉片高。由不同高度背葉片中間截面壓力分布圖的對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著背葉片高度的減小,背葉片中間截面壓力分布越來越均勻。后彎式背葉片中間截面壓力分布較直型背葉片的均勻,直型背葉片相鄰兩葉片之間均存在非常強(qiáng)烈的回流與旋渦,后彎式背葉片隨著高度的減小,相鄰兩葉片中間流道的流動(dòng)越來越順暢。隨著背葉片高度的減小,其對(duì)泵性能的影響程度亦減小,實(shí)際上存在一個(gè)合理的背葉片高度的取值。本分析結(jié)果為離心料漿泵背葉片的設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The back blade is often applied to the design of special centrifugal pump, which affects the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump, such as lift and efficiency. In this paper, the effects of geometric parameters such as height and shape of the back blade on the performance of centrifugal pump are numerically simulated, and three dimensional turbulence numerical simulation of the flow field of four different shapes of centrifugal pump with back curved and straight back vane is carried out respectively. The influence of different profile on the hydraulic performance and internal flow field of the pump is analyzed because of the different height of the back blade. The results show that the head and efficiency of the pump with back curved back vane are higher than that of straight back blade. According to the comparative analysis of the pressure distribution map of the middle section of the back blade at different heights, it is found that the pressure distribution of the middle section of the back blade becomes more and more uniform with the decrease of the height of the back blade. The pressure distribution in the middle section of the back curved back blade is more uniform than that of the straight back blade. There are very strong backflow and vortex between the two adjacent blades of the straight back blade, and the back curved back blade decreases with the height of the back blade. The flow of the channel between the adjacent two blades is becoming more and more smooth. With the decrease of the back blade height, the influence on pump performance is also reduced. In fact, there is a reasonable value of the back blade height. The results provide a reference for the design of the back blade of centrifugal slurry pump.
