滾動軸承質(zhì)量檢測裝置信號處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:滾動軸承運轉(zhuǎn)時發(fā)出的振動能夠反映滾動軸承綜合質(zhì)量,它直接影響滾動軸承的使用性能。目前現(xiàn)有的滾動軸承振動檢測儀只能測量軸承的振動速度,功能簡單,自動化程度低。有必要研制一種能夠自動檢測并處理軸承振動信號,自動判定軸承振動質(zhì)量等級并能判定不合格軸承缺陷的質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)。軸承振動信號處理系統(tǒng)是這種滾動軸承質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)能高效和準(zhǔn)確運行的關(guān)鍵。因此本文開展軸承質(zhì)量檢測裝置的研究,重點研究其信號采集與信號處理系統(tǒng)。 首先研究了軸承振動機(jī)理、信號采集、時域統(tǒng)計、共振解調(diào)等技術(shù)與方法并應(yīng)用這些技術(shù)與方法對軸承振動信號進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)缺陷軸承振動信號的特點,提出了采用滑移峭度算法來檢測軸承油脂夾渣缺陷的方法。通過對共振解調(diào)等技術(shù)的實際應(yīng)用,,其能夠有效的提取出滾動軸承表面缺陷的特征信號,為軸承缺陷分類提供依據(jù)。其次,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于PC機(jī)的軸承振動信號采集與分析系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)軸承振動信號的特點與信號處理速度的要求,選定了信號采集系統(tǒng)的各個部件。設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了振動信號處理軟件。 通過實驗驗證了系統(tǒng)采用滑移算法能夠有效檢測滾動軸承油脂夾渣缺陷,并通過實驗驗證了系統(tǒng)采用共振解調(diào)方法能夠有效提取滾動軸承表面缺陷特征信號。
[Abstract]:The vibration of rolling bearing can reflect the comprehensive quality of rolling bearing, which directly affects the performance of rolling bearing. At present, the existing rolling bearing vibration detector can only measure the bearing vibration speed, simple function and low automation. It is necessary to develop a quality detection system which can automatically detect and process bearing vibration signals, automatically judge bearing vibration quality grade and determine substandard bearing defects. Bearing vibration signal processing system is the key to the high efficiency and accurate operation of the rolling bearing quality detection system. Therefore, the research of bearing quality detection device is carried out in this paper, especially its signal acquisition and signal processing system. Firstly, the bearing vibration mechanism, signal acquisition, time domain statistics, resonance demodulation and other techniques and methods are studied, and the bearing vibration signals are analyzed by using these techniques and methods. According to the characteristics of vibration signals of defective bearings, a slip kurtosis algorithm is proposed to detect the defects of bearing grease and slag. Through the practical application of resonance demodulation technology, it can effectively extract the characteristic signals of the surface defects of rolling bearings, and provide the basis for the classification of bearing defects. Secondly, the bearing vibration signal acquisition and analysis system based on PC is designed and implemented. According to the characteristics of bearing vibration signal and the requirement of signal processing speed, the components of signal acquisition system are selected. The vibration signal processing software is designed and implemented. It is verified by experiments that the slippage algorithm can effectively detect the defect of oil and grease inclusion in rolling bearing and the resonance demodulation method can effectively extract the characteristic signal of surface defect of rolling bearing.
