固體潤滑滾動軸承精度失效分析

【摘要】:隨著我國航天、航空事業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,固體潤滑軸承的應(yīng)用范圍將迅速擴(kuò)大。關(guān)于固體潤滑軸承的失效形式、失效機(jī)理以及失效模型的建立,國內(nèi)外做了很多研究,但很少有從精度的角度研究固體潤滑軸承失效的。因此,針對固體潤滑滾動軸承,分析固體潤滑薄膜的接觸力學(xué)性能,討論潤滑薄膜表面的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律及其與薄膜剝落轉(zhuǎn)移之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而從精度失效的角度分析固體潤滑軸承的失效問題具有重要意義。 論文的主要內(nèi)容有以下三個(gè)方面: 1.論文結(jié)合摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)和相關(guān)分析,對固體潤滑滾動軸承接觸問題進(jìn)行簡化,建立了滾珠與滾道間的二維彈性接觸模型,采用有限元方法分析了接觸載荷、摩擦系數(shù)、速度以及膜厚對接觸應(yīng)力場分布的影響,并討論了應(yīng)力分布與薄膜表面裂紋擴(kuò)展之間的關(guān)系。分析表明保持在摩擦系數(shù)在較低的水平有益于改善薄膜表面的應(yīng)力分布。 2.建立了粗糙表面的矩形彈塑性接觸模型,分析了潤滑膜材料屬性對接觸面積和接觸壓力的影響,討論了粗糙峰數(shù)目與表面應(yīng)力分布的關(guān)系。分析表明潤滑膜材料屬性和表面輪廓對接觸面積和接觸應(yīng)力分布影響較大,分析結(jié)果對于研究潤滑膜表面主動設(shè)計(jì)具有參考價(jià)值。 3.分析了固體潤滑軸承鍍膜誤差或潤滑膜發(fā)生剝落轉(zhuǎn)移后所形成的誤差對軸承回轉(zhuǎn)精度的影響,建立了軸承回轉(zhuǎn)誤差評價(jià)模型,并進(jìn)行了初步的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和分析。結(jié)果表明軸承存在鍍膜誤差,,而且誤差會復(fù)映到軸承回轉(zhuǎn)精度上,造成軸承回轉(zhuǎn)誤差,嚴(yán)重時(shí)可能導(dǎo)致軸承回轉(zhuǎn)精度失效。 論文研究結(jié)論對于進(jìn)一步研究固體潤滑薄膜發(fā)生剝落轉(zhuǎn)移以及從精度的角度分析固體潤滑軸承失效問題具有指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the further development of aerospace and aviation in China, the application of solid lubricated bearings will be expanded rapidly. Many researches have been done on the failure form, failure mechanism and failure model of solid lubricated bearings at home and abroad, but few researches have been done on the failure of solid lubricated bearings from the point of view of accuracy. Therefore, for solid lubricated rolling bearings, the contact mechanical properties of solid lubricating films are analyzed, and the relationship between the stress distribution on the surface of lubricating films and the flaking transfer of films is discussed. Furthermore, it is of great significance to analyze the failure of solid lubricated bearings from the point of view of precision failure. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The contact problem of solid lubricated rolling bearings is simplified with friction and wear tester and correlation analysis, and a two-dimensional elastic contact model between ball and raceway is established. The effects of contact load, friction coefficient, velocity and film thickness on the distribution of contact stress field are analyzed by finite element method. The relationship between the stress distribution and crack propagation on the surface of the film is discussed. The analysis shows that keeping the friction coefficient at a lower level is beneficial to improve the stress distribution on the surface of the film. 2. A rectangular elastic-plastic contact model of rough surface is established. The influence of lubricating film properties on contact area and contact pressure was analyzed. The relationship between the number of rough peaks and the distribution of surface stress was discussed. The results show that the properties of lubricating film material and surface profile have great influence on contact area and contact stress distribution. The analysis results have reference value for studying the active design of lubricating film surface. 3. The influence of the error of solid lubricating bearing coating on the accuracy of rotary bearing is analyzed. The model of bearing rotation error evaluation is established, and the preliminary experimental verification and analysis are carried out. The results show that there is a coating error in the bearing, and the error will be reflected on the rotary precision of the bearing, resulting in the bearing rotation error, which may lead to the failure of the rotary precision of the bearing if it is serious. The conclusion of this paper is of guiding significance and reference value to further study the spalling transfer of solid lubricating film and to analyze the failure problem of solid lubricated bearing from the point of view of accuracy.
