基于電容測微原理的氣缸活塞泄漏研究

【摘要】:針對氣浮無摩擦氣缸的活塞泄漏流量大且難以直接建模的特點,提出基于電容測微原理的活塞耗氣量建模方法.以活塞外圓柱面與缸筒內壁構成的偏心圓柱電容器的電容為研究對象,以高精度的流量測試系統(tǒng)為基礎,設計一套測量裝置,研究氣體軸承在單側供氣的情況下電容與供氣壓力及耗氣量之間的關系.結果表明,活塞在缸筒內的偏心與電容呈現(xiàn)出顯著的函數(shù)變化規(guī)律,可以作為研究活塞偏心的間接手段,提出活塞工作狀態(tài)的指示變量及實現(xiàn)方法;以電容作為衡量活塞偏心的手段,以實驗數(shù)據(jù)為基礎建立供氣壓力與耗氣量的離線數(shù)學模型,在保證精度的基礎上避免了對活塞偏心直接測量,簡化了建模工作.
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics that the piston leakage flow rate is large and it is difficult to model directly, a method of piston air consumption modeling based on the principle of capacitance micrometer is proposed. Taking the capacitance of the eccentric cylindrical capacitor composed of the piston outer cylinder and the cylinder inner wall as the research object, a set of measuring device is designed based on the high precision flow measurement system. The relationship between capacitance and gas supply pressure and gas consumption of gas bearing under the condition of one side gas supply is studied. The results show that the eccentricity and capacitance of the piston in the cylinder have a remarkable function variation law, which can be used as an indirect means to study the piston eccentricity, and the indication variable and the realization method of the piston working state are put forward. Based on experimental data, an off-line mathematical model of gas supply pressure and gas consumption is established by using capacitance as a measure of piston eccentricity, which avoids the direct measurement of piston eccentricity on the basis of ensuring accuracy and simplifies the modeling work.
