歪斜滾子副等溫彈流潤(rùn)滑研究

【摘要】:本文主要從理論和試驗(yàn)兩方面研究了歪斜滾子副的等溫彈流潤(rùn)滑問(wèn)題。全文共包括四個(gè)部分,即波動(dòng)供油條件下滾子副乏油潤(rùn)滑性能分析;歪斜滾子與無(wú)限大平面間接觸副的彈流潤(rùn)滑分析;基于軸承中滾子歪斜的潤(rùn)滑機(jī)理研究;滾子副油膜測(cè)量試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)制造及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果研究。 首先,基于工程實(shí)際的供油條件,提出了一種特殊供油函數(shù),定性模擬滾子副乏油現(xiàn)象,并在學(xué)習(xí)和掌握了乏油潤(rùn)滑的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法基礎(chǔ)上,求出了特殊供油條件下滾子副乏油潤(rùn)滑的完全數(shù)值解。結(jié)果表明,接觸區(qū)潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)不僅受到乏油量的影響,而且與供油模型中的供油波長(zhǎng)及幅值有關(guān)。 其次,以有限長(zhǎng)滾子與無(wú)限大平面間形成的接觸副為模型,研究了滾子歪斜條件下滾子副等溫穩(wěn)態(tài)接觸彈流潤(rùn)滑問(wèn)題,討論了滾子歪斜條件下卷吸速度、載荷及端部修形引起的改變。分析表明,滾子歪斜會(huì)降低接觸區(qū)潤(rùn)滑性能,,但與滾子偏斜的影響相比,其危害程度相對(duì)較弱。 然后,基于實(shí)際圓柱滾子軸承,建立滾子與套圈間接觸的彈流潤(rùn)滑數(shù)學(xué)模型,得到了歪斜滾子與套圈間彈流潤(rùn)滑的完全數(shù)值解。分析了滾子歪斜角對(duì)接觸副潤(rùn)滑狀況的影響,并在滾子歪斜條件下研究了不同的套圈半徑、卷吸速度、載荷和滾子長(zhǎng)度對(duì)接觸區(qū)潤(rùn)滑性能的影響,并采用滾子修形手段來(lái)降低滾子歪斜帶來(lái)的危害。 最后,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)有限長(zhǎng)線接觸彈流潤(rùn)滑中滾子歪斜或偏斜的特殊測(cè)量需要,設(shè)計(jì)制造了一臺(tái)滾子副油膜測(cè)量試驗(yàn)臺(tái),采用了一種特殊的調(diào)傾裝置,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)滾子歪斜或偏斜條件下接觸區(qū)內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油膜測(cè)量。同時(shí)對(duì)滾子歪斜條件下不同滾子歪斜角度、卷吸速度和載荷條件下的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并與理論結(jié)果做了定性對(duì)比,變化規(guī)律具有一致性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of askew roller pair is studied theoretically and experimentally. The paper includes four parts: the analysis of the lubrication performance of the roller pair under fluctuating oil supply condition, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis of the contact pair between the askew roller and the infinite plane, the study of lubrication mechanism based on the askew of the roller in the bearing; Design, manufacture and test results of oil film measuring bench for roller accessory. First of all, based on the actual oil supply conditions in engineering, a special oil supply function is proposed to qualitatively simulate the lack of oil in roller pairs, and on the basis of studying and mastering the numerical calculation method of the lubrication of spent oil, The complete numerical solution for the lubrication of the roller pair under the special oil supply condition is obtained. The results show that the lubrication state of the contact zone is affected not only by the oil shortage but also by the oil supply wavelength and amplitude in the oil supply model. Secondly, taking the contact pair formed between the finite length roller and the infinite plane as the model, the isothermal steady contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication problem of the roller pair under the condition of the roller skew is studied, and the entrainment velocity under the condition of the roller skew is discussed. Changes caused by load and end modification. The analysis shows that the roller skew can reduce the lubrication performance of the contact area, but compared with the influence of the roller deflection, its harm degree is relatively weak. Then, based on the actual cylindrical roller bearing, a mathematical model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication between roller and ring is established, and the complete numerical solution of elastohydrodynamic lubrication between skew roller and ring is obtained. The influence of roller skew angle on the lubrication condition of contact pair is analyzed, and the influence of different ring radius, entrainment speed, load and roller length on the lubrication performance of contact area is studied under the condition of roller skew. The method of roller shape modification is used to reduce the harm caused by roller skew. Finally, in order to realize the special measurement needs of roller skew or deflection in finite length contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication, a roller auxiliary oil film measuring test-bed is designed and manufactured, and a special tilting device is adopted. The measurement of lubricating oil film in contact area can be realized under the condition of roller skew or deflection. At the same time, the experimental results under different roller skew angles, entrainment speed and load are analyzed and compared qualitatively with the theoretical results.
