ZL50輪式裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)節(jié)能技術(shù)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,能源短缺的問題將日趨嚴(yán)重。工程機(jī)械作為能源消耗的一部分,對(duì)于節(jié)能技術(shù)有新的要求。裝載機(jī)是工程機(jī)械中主要的鏟土運(yùn)輸機(jī)械,保有量大,應(yīng)用廣泛。ZL50裝載機(jī)作為裝載機(jī)的典型產(chǎn)品,對(duì)其進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)研究不僅具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義而且還具有重要的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外輪式裝載機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,特別是信息技術(shù),微電子技術(shù),人機(jī)工程學(xué)等技術(shù)在裝載機(jī)上的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外裝載機(jī)節(jié)能技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。 其次,對(duì)ZL50裝載機(jī)現(xiàn)行液壓系統(tǒng),包括裝置液壓系統(tǒng),轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)匹配進(jìn)行了分析研究,由負(fù)荷敏感柱塞泵和負(fù)荷傳感轉(zhuǎn)向器組成的負(fù)荷敏感轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),能夠自動(dòng)將負(fù)載需要的流量,壓力信號(hào)反饋到泵的變量機(jī)構(gòu),在保證轉(zhuǎn)向器流量?jī)?yōu)先的情況下使變量泵的輸出流量壓力與負(fù)載需要的流量壓力相匹配;動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)負(fù)荷傳感轉(zhuǎn)向器是實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能的有效手段。 然后以提高負(fù)荷傳感轉(zhuǎn)向器的容積效率,降低局部壓力損失,降低壓力沖擊為目的,在設(shè)計(jì)和工藝方面采取了如下措施。主要內(nèi)容包括閥體功能閥一體化設(shè)計(jì),閥體熱能去毛刺工藝,降低閥體的閥套和閥芯摩擦副間隙,降低表面粗糙度等措施,及轉(zhuǎn)子卸荷槽加工 最后,提出了對(duì)ZL50型裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial technology, the problem of energy shortage will become more and more serious. As a part of energy consumption, construction machinery has new requirements for energy saving technology. Loader is one of the main shoveling and transportation machinery in construction machinery. It has a large quantity and is widely used as a typical product of loaders. The research on energy saving technology not only has important theoretical significance but also has important engineering application value. This paper first introduces the development status of wheel loader at home and abroad, especially the application of information technology, microelectronics technology, ergonomics and so on, and describes the research status of energy saving technology of loader at home and abroad in detail. Secondly, the current hydraulic system of ZL50 loader, including hydraulic system and steering hydraulic system, is introduced in detail. The matching of steering hydraulic system is analyzed. The load sensitive steering system, which consists of load sensitive piston pump and load sensing steering gear, can automatically feed the load needed flow rate and pressure signal to the variable mechanism of the pump. The output flow pressure of the variable pump is matched with the flow pressure required by the load under the condition of ensuring the flow priority of the steering gear, and the dynamic signal load sensing steering gear is an effective means to realize energy saving. Then, in order to improve the volumetric efficiency of load sensing steering gear, reduce local pressure loss and reduce pressure shock, the following measures are taken in design and process. The main contents include the integrated design of the valve body function valve, the body thermal deburring process, the reduction of valve sleeve and valve core friction pair clearance, the reduction of surface roughness, and the final processing of the rotor unload groove. The energy saving improvement scheme of ZL 50 loader hydraulic system is put forward.
