隨書光盤自動化倉庫控制系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:當前圖書銷售行業(yè)對隨書光盤多采用人工存儲與管理的方式,存取效率較低,信息化水平不高。如何有效解決由于隨書光盤的大量發(fā)行帶來的光盤存放無序、信息搜索效率低等缺陷,已經(jīng)成為圖書銷售商迫切需要解決的重要難題。 隨書光盤自動化倉庫是在自動化倉庫基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)設(shè)計的一種新型倉庫,通過發(fā)揮自動化倉庫的高效存取和高度信息化管理優(yōu)勢,有效地實現(xiàn)對隨書光盤的集中管理,同時促進圖書銷售行業(yè)整體信息化水平的提高。 本文對隨書光盤自動化倉庫的控制系統(tǒng)進行了研究,主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)分析隨書光盤自動化倉庫的設(shè)計要求和工作流程,在對倉庫的整體機械結(jié)構(gòu)簡述基礎(chǔ)上,對控制系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)進行設(shè)計,包括控制系統(tǒng)的硬件總體設(shè)計和軟件總體設(shè)計。 (2)對隨書光盤自動化倉庫存取優(yōu)化進行研究,在分析存取機械手運行速度曲線基礎(chǔ)上提出對自動化倉庫存儲優(yōu)化的實用方法,包括存放規(guī)則、存取序列和機械手待命位,重點對貨位優(yōu)化問題進行了深入探討。 (3)研究了光盤存取信息的傳輸方式,對信息在條碼掃描器、PC機、PLC、存取機械手之間的傳遞進行說明。為方便管理光盤信息,用Access開發(fā)光盤管理數(shù)據(jù)庫,實現(xiàn)對光盤出入庫的信息化管理。 (4)在分析存取機械手工作過程和控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了機械手控制系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件。對電機和PLC進行選型,詳細研究了PLC各I/O口的接口設(shè)置,并編制了機械手運行控制程序,重點研究了機械手水平運行控制。 (5)利用世紀星軟件開發(fā)隨書光盤自動化倉庫監(jiān)控組態(tài)系統(tǒng)。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能發(fā)出存取命令控制存取機械手運行并實時顯示存取光盤動畫,同時開發(fā)光盤數(shù)量歷史曲線及進行報警設(shè)計,并且建立了監(jiān)控組態(tài)系統(tǒng)與數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)連接。 研究表明采用隨書光盤自動化倉庫管理光盤,可以顯著的提高光盤的存取效率,高效的管理光盤信息,提高圖書行業(yè)的信息化水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the book sales industry uses manual storage and management for the CD with books, the access efficiency is low, and the level of information is not high. How to effectively solve the problems of disorderly storage and low efficiency of information search brought about by the mass distribution of CD with books has become an important problem urgently needed to be solved by booksellers. The automatic warehouse of attached CD is a kind of new warehouse which is developed and designed on the basis of automatic warehouse. By giving full play to the advantages of efficient access and highly information management of the automated warehouse, the centralized management of the attached CD is realized effectively. At the same time, promote the book sales industry as a whole information level. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the design requirements and workflow of the automatic warehouse are analyzed, and the mechanical structure of the warehouse is described briefly. The overall structure of the control system is designed, including the overall design of the hardware and software of the control system. Based on the analysis of the operating speed curve of the access manipulator, a practical method to optimize the storage of the automated warehouse is proposed, including storage rules, access sequence and standby position of the manipulator. In this paper, the transmission mode of optical disk access information is studied, and the transfer of information between PC PC and access manipulator is explained. In order to manage the optical disk information conveniently, the database of optical disk management is developed by Access, and the information management of the access library of optical disk is realized. (4) on the basis of analyzing the working process of the access manipulator and the structure of the control system, The hardware and software of manipulator control system are designed. The selection of motor and PLC is carried out, the interface setting of each I / O port of PLC is studied in detail, and the operation control program of manipulator is compiled. This paper focuses on the horizontal operation control of manipulator. The monitoring system can issue access commands to control the operation of the access manipulator and display the animation of the access disc in real time. At the same time, the historical curve of the number of optical disks and the alarm design are developed, and the data connection between the monitoring configuration system and the database is established. The research shows that the storage efficiency of CD can be improved, the information of CD can be managed efficiently and the information level of book industry can be improved by using automatic warehouse of attached CD to manage CD.
