【摘要】：近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)各類零件的性能要求越來越高,在這種情況下,傳統(tǒng)制造中用單一的材料構(gòu)成的普通零件已難以滿足各類近乎苛刻的使用條件。這使得異質(zhì)材料零件成型的數(shù)字化微滴噴射控制技術(shù)研究成為先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的前沿課題之一。 本文以基于光固化3DP印刷工藝的異質(zhì)材料零件數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)制造展開探索研究。 1)分析了微滴噴射與UV光固化的研究與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)在這兩領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問題,闡述了常規(guī)的光固化工藝的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為了優(yōu)化工藝,將微滴噴射與UV光固化相結(jié)合,為異質(zhì)材料零件成形提供了可能。 2)重點(diǎn)針對(duì)異質(zhì)材料零件難以制造的問題,本文構(gòu)建了基于光固化3DP印刷工藝的異質(zhì)材料零件的成形系統(tǒng)裝置。對(duì)異質(zhì)材料零件成形系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、軟件系統(tǒng)等展開研究,并對(duì)異質(zhì)材料零件成形裝置的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究。 3)基于搭建好的成形裝置,本文對(duì)異質(zhì)材料零件模型進(jìn)行了大量的成形測(cè)試與數(shù)據(jù)分析,運(yùn)用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法分析影響UV固化圖層品質(zhì)的主要工藝參數(shù),以成形精度和光澤度等為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過試驗(yàn)對(duì)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。使用優(yōu)化后的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)異質(zhì)材料零件進(jìn)行加工成形,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明成形系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和性能都己達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。 本文所設(shè)計(jì)搭建的異質(zhì)材料零件的成形系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)為多材料零件的集成化設(shè)計(jì)與快速制造奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the performance requirements of all kinds of parts are becoming more and more high. In this case, it is difficult to meet all kinds of almost harsh operating conditions of ordinary parts made of single material in traditional manufacturing. This makes the research of digital micro-droplet injection control technology of heterogeneous material parts become one of the frontier topics in the field of advanced manufacturing technology. In this paper, the digital design and manufacture of heterogeneous material parts based on light curing 3DP printing process are studied. 1) the research and development status of micro droplet injection and UV curing and the hot issues in these two fields are analyzed. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of conventional light curing technology are described. In order to optimize the process, the combination of micro droplet injection and UV light curing provides the possibility for the forming of heterogeneous material parts. 2) focusing on the problem that it is difficult to manufacture heterogeneous material parts. In this paper, the forming system of heterogeneous material parts based on light curing 3DP printing process is constructed. The mechanical system, control system, software system and so on of the forming system of the heterogeneous material parts are studied, and the control system of the forming device of the heterogeneous material part is studied emphatically. In this paper, a large number of forming tests and data analysis are carried out on the heterogeneous material part model. The main process parameters affecting the quality of UV curing layer are analyzed by orthogonal experiment method. The forming accuracy and glossiness are taken as the evaluation indexes. The process parameters were optimized by experiment. The optimized process parameters are used to process the heterogeneous material parts. The experimental results show that the parameters and properties of the forming system have reached the design goal. The platform of forming system for heterogeneous parts in this paper lays a foundation for integrated design and rapid manufacturing of multi-material parts.
