單囊式空氣彈簧負(fù)載特性計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:單囊式空氣彈簧是一種承載能力及剛度均可調(diào)的強(qiáng)烈非線性元件,其承載特性不僅取決于內(nèi)部氣壓,還取決于幾何特性和殼體材料性質(zhì)。根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),利用旋轉(zhuǎn)體容積計(jì)算公式,推導(dǎo)出其內(nèi)部容積隨壓縮位移變化的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式,并基于理想氣體狀態(tài)方程建立負(fù)載力隨壓縮位移變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型以及理論特性曲線。將所測得的實(shí)際負(fù)載力-壓縮位移變化特性曲線與理論曲線對比,驗(yàn)證了兩者之間的非線性關(guān)系以及變化趨勢。推導(dǎo)出在不同初始充氣壓強(qiáng)下負(fù)載力-壓縮位移計(jì)算表達(dá)式,為空氣彈簧的選型和設(shè)計(jì)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Single capsule air spring is a kind of strongly nonlinear element whose bearing capacity and stiffness can be adjusted. Its bearing capacity depends not only on the internal pressure but also on the geometric characteristics and the material properties of the shell. According to the structural characteristics, the mathematical expression of the internal volume with the compression displacement is derived by using the volume calculation formula of the rotating body. Based on the state equation of ideal gas, the mathematical model and the theoretical characteristic curve of the load force varying with the compression displacement are established. By comparing the measured curves with the theoretical curves, the nonlinear relationship between the two curves and the variation trend are verified. The calculation expressions of load-compression displacement under different initial inflatable pressures are derived, which provide a theoretical basis for the selection and design of air springs.
