基于沉樁負(fù)載的液壓振動樁錘齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:液壓振動樁錘以其沉樁能力強(qiáng)、施工效率高、適用地質(zhì)范圍廣對周圍環(huán)境影響小等優(yōu)勢成為了一種目前應(yīng)用廣泛的環(huán)保型樁工機(jī)械。但是,振動沉樁過程中齒輪系統(tǒng)面臨復(fù)雜多變的土力學(xué)因素、獨特的偏心回轉(zhuǎn)負(fù)載特性、多種形式的內(nèi)、外部激勵,加上缺乏有針對性的研究,目前國產(chǎn)的樁錘齒輪普遍存在工作噪音大、可靠性低、使用壽命短的問題。對此,本文專門針對液壓振動樁錘沉樁負(fù)載和齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)特性進(jìn)行研究,主要工作如下: 1、借助有限元分析手段,以ZZY80型液壓振動樁錘為對象,研究了振動樁錘齒輪箱轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的固有特性。研究表明:考慮齒輪耦合的模態(tài)包含單轉(zhuǎn)子主導(dǎo)模態(tài)和因齒輪耦合產(chǎn)生的彎扭耦合新模態(tài),這一更全面的分析結(jié)果能夠有效防止系統(tǒng)的共振破壞。 2、借助土動力學(xué)和振動理論,在樁錘系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)建模分析的基礎(chǔ)上,仿真研究了樁錘激振器的負(fù)載特性,針對給定的地質(zhì)條件,預(yù)測了振動沉樁過程中的負(fù)載振動阻力矩、系統(tǒng)油壓、地基土的動剛度和動阻尼、近共振頻率特性。 3、針對雙軸慣性激振器直齒輪副,建立了齒輪振動系統(tǒng)機(jī)電液混合模型。仿真研究了負(fù)載振動阻力矩、齒輪側(cè)隙、齒輪靜傳遞誤差、系統(tǒng)阻尼對齒輪動態(tài)特性的影響,并以ZZY80型液壓振動樁錘為對象,進(jìn)行了齒輪側(cè)隙合理化設(shè)計,有效地降低了齒輪的動載荷,提高了振動樁錘齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)性能和工作可靠性。 4、在振動沉樁施工現(xiàn)場對特定的激振頻率下沉樁過程的液壓系統(tǒng)油壓與沉樁深度的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實驗研究,驗證了振動沉樁過程系統(tǒng)負(fù)載理論和仿真分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic vibratory pile hammer has become a kind of environmental protection piling machinery with its advantages of strong piling ability, high construction efficiency, wide geological range and little influence on the surrounding environment. However, in the process of vibration piling, the gear system faces complex and changeable soil mechanics factors, unique eccentric rotary load characteristics, various internal and external excitation, and lack of targeted research. At present, domestic pile-hammer gears generally have the problems of high noise, low reliability and short service life. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. By means of finite element analysis, ZZY80 hydraulic vibration pile hammer is used as the object. The inherent characteristics of the rotor system of vibration pile hammer gearbox are studied. The results show that the gear coupling mode includes the single rotor dominant mode and the new bending and torsional coupling mode caused by gear coupling. This more comprehensive analysis result can effectively prevent the resonance damage of the system. 2. With the help of soil dynamics and vibration theory, On the basis of dynamic modeling and analysis of pile hammer system, the load characteristics of pile hammer exciter are simulated and studied. According to the given geological conditions, the load vibration resistance moment and system oil pressure in the process of vibration piling are predicted. Dynamic stiffness, dynamic damping and near-resonance frequency characteristics of foundation soil. 3. An electromechanical and hydraulic hybrid model of gear vibration system is established for the spur gear pair of biaxial inertial vibration exciter. The effects of load vibration resistance moment, gear clearance, gear static transfer error and system damping on the dynamic characteristics of gear are studied by simulation. The reasonable design of gear side gap is carried out by taking ZZY80 hydraulic vibration pile hammer as an object. The dynamic load of gear is reduced effectively, The dynamic performance and working reliability of vibration pile hammer gear drive system are improved. 4. The relationship between hydraulic system oil pressure and piling depth under specific exciting frequency is studied experimentally in vibration piling construction site. The correctness of load theory and simulation analysis of vibration piling process is verified.
