工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品可再制造性與金屬腐蝕程度評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:再制造工程由于其豐厚的環(huán)境、資源和社會(huì)效益而受到廣泛的關(guān)注,成為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要方法,材料腐蝕和再制造息息相關(guān)。本文結(jié)合工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品可再制造性評(píng)價(jià)與金屬腐蝕程度評(píng)價(jià)開(kāi)展研究。本文參照國(guó)內(nèi)外研究總結(jié)的產(chǎn)品可拆卸性評(píng)估方法模型和產(chǎn)品可再制造性的模型,對(duì)ZL50裝載機(jī)變速箱的拆卸過(guò)程和其可再制造性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。利用Microsoft Visual C++語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)出產(chǎn)品可再制造性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),目前已實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能為:計(jì)算經(jīng)濟(jì)性和技術(shù)性指數(shù),存儲(chǔ)和查詢相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。產(chǎn)品可再制造性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)簡(jiǎn)化了產(chǎn)品可再制造性指數(shù)的計(jì)算過(guò)程并可以系統(tǒng)地存儲(chǔ)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)產(chǎn)品的可再制造性研究具有一定的意義。在收集大量數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用本文開(kāi)發(fā)的軟件對(duì)ZL50裝載機(jī)變速箱的可再制造性系統(tǒng)的研究和評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證了該軟件的正確率和實(shí)用性。 材料腐蝕也是和再制造相關(guān)的問(wèn)題,本文研究了利用圖像處理技術(shù)定性和定量評(píng)價(jià)金屬腐蝕程度,應(yīng)用適用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)暴露試樣的三維腐蝕形貌圖像采集系統(tǒng)對(duì)Q235鋼模擬大氣環(huán)境的腐蝕形貌圖像進(jìn)行了采集。為了消除固定孔和邊緣的影響對(duì)所采集到得圖像統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行裁剪,之后轉(zhuǎn)換為灰度圖像,進(jìn)行中值濾波處理,濾除圖像采集過(guò)程中的噪聲,為了更好的觀察圖像的細(xì)節(jié)信息,根據(jù)熵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用小波包變換對(duì)預(yù)處理后的圖像進(jìn)行分解,選取最優(yōu)子圖像后并提取其能量值。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明根據(jù)圖像能量值的變化可以對(duì)腐蝕試樣進(jìn)行定性的判斷,進(jìn)一步根據(jù)計(jì)算出的圖像特征值可以定量的判斷大氣腐蝕早期腐蝕程度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,該方法可以對(duì)Q235鋼模擬大氣腐蝕早期行為進(jìn)行判斷和預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Because of its rich environment, resources and social benefits, remanufacturing engineering has been widely concerned. It has become an important method to achieve sustainable development, material corrosion and remanufacturing are closely related. In this paper, the remanufacturability evaluation of construction machinery products and the evaluation of metal corrosion degree are studied. In this paper, the disassembly process and remanufacturability of ZL50 loader gearbox are systematically studied according to the evaluation method model of product detachability and the model of product remanufacturability summarized at home and abroad. A product remanufacturability evaluation system is developed by using Microsoft Visual C language. At present, the functions that have been realized are: calculating economic and technical indexes, storing and querying related data. The development of product remanufacturability evaluation system simplifies the calculation process of product remanufacturability index and can store relevant data systematically, which is of certain significance to the research of product remanufacturability. On the basis of collecting a large number of data and experiments, the research and evaluation of the remanufacturing system of the ZL50 loader gearbox is carried out by using the software developed in this paper. The correctness and practicability of the software are verified. Material corrosion is also a problem related to remanufacturing. This paper studies the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of metal corrosion using image processing technology. The corrosion morphology images of Q235 steel in simulated atmospheric environment were collected by using a 3D corrosion image acquisition system suitable for field exposed samples. In order to eliminate the influence of fixed hole and edge, the collected image is cut uniformly, then converted into gray image, and then processed by median filter, and the noise in the process of image acquisition is filtered, and the detailed information of the image is observed better. According to entropy standard, wavelet packet transform is used to decompose the preprocessed image, select the optimal sub-image and extract its energy value. The experimental results show that the corrosion samples can be judged qualitatively according to the change of image energy value, and the corrosion degree of early atmospheric corrosion can be quantitatively judged according to the calculated image eigenvalues. The experimental results show that this method can be used to predict the early simulated atmospheric corrosion behavior of Q235 steel.
