【摘要】：針對(duì)螺紋聯(lián)接件因材料變形造成受力不均的現(xiàn)象,設(shè)計(jì)了一種變螺距螺母,用螺距的變化量抵消螺紋聯(lián)接件的受力變形,進(jìn)而改善受力情況。根據(jù)螺紋聯(lián)接的載荷分布規(guī)律,計(jì)算在預(yù)緊力作用下的變形量,根據(jù)每一圈螺紋的變形量設(shè)計(jì)螺母螺距的變化量。利用Solidworks軟件進(jìn)行三維建模,Workbench軟件對(duì)模型的受力情況進(jìn)行仿真,根據(jù)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證此方法是否可行。
[Abstract]:A variable pitch nut is designed to counteract the stress distortion of threaded joint due to the deformation of screw thread, and then to improve the stress situation. According to the load distribution law of thread connection, the deformation amount under the action of pretightening force is calculated, and the variation of nut pitch is designed according to the deformation quantity of each ring thread. The model is simulated by Solidworks software and verified whether the method is feasible or not.
