【摘要】:在歐洲有獨(dú)特形狀、色彩豐富的餐巾紙的市場(chǎng)需求是很大的。這些色彩鮮艷、折疊形狀獨(dú)特的餐巾紙不僅可以給餐桌做美麗的裝飾,還可以烘托消費(fèi)者的就餐氛圍,給他們留下美好的消費(fèi)感受。這種具有裝飾作用的餐巾紙形狀和折疊方法比較復(fù)雜,目前國(guó)際上尚無能夠自動(dòng)化折疊復(fù)雜形狀餐巾紙的機(jī)器。"Sydney"餐巾紙是眾多形狀中的其中一種,因?yàn)橥庑慰崴剖澜缰ㄖつ岣鑴≡阂蚨妹?其外形精美,風(fēng)格簡(jiǎn)練,市場(chǎng)需求量很大,本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)的就是能夠自動(dòng)進(jìn)行"Sydney"折疊的餐巾紙折疊機(jī)。本文的主要工作如下: 1.通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)外餐巾紙折疊機(jī)的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合相關(guān)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的工作原理,并分析"Sydney"餐巾紙的折疊流程,將"Sydney"餐巾紙折疊機(jī)的機(jī)械本體做了功能模塊劃分,并針對(duì)各功能模塊提出了原理方案設(shè)計(jì)。在原理方案設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上做了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)并制作了原理樣機(jī)模型。 2.通過分析摩擦分離機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械原理,并結(jié)合本餐巾紙折疊機(jī)的具體需求創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計(jì)了一種餐巾紙分層機(jī)構(gòu),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)"Sydney"餐巾紙折疊機(jī)的分層工作。根據(jù)餐巾紙分層機(jī)構(gòu)的原理對(duì)餐巾紙層與層的分離問題做了數(shù)學(xué)模型,找出能使餐巾紙分層機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確分層的關(guān)鍵因素。 3.通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)外不同設(shè)備中的真空吸附系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合本餐巾紙折疊機(jī)的工作需求,對(duì)真空吸附帶的整體結(jié)構(gòu)作了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)真空吸附的回路和元件做簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的輸送帶孔與吸附腔孔布局結(jié)構(gòu),并根據(jù)工作要求求得一組設(shè)計(jì)解。 4.根據(jù)餐巾紙折疊機(jī)前四折折疊裝置的控制需求,基于三菱的FA平臺(tái),搭建自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)構(gòu)建一個(gè)雙CPU系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)建PLC程序、運(yùn)動(dòng)伺服程序和人機(jī)界面,完成前四折折疊裝置的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In Europe, there is a unique shape, rich color napkin market demand is great. These colorful folding shape napkins can not only make the table beautiful decoration but also can set off the dining atmosphere for consumers to leave them with a good feeling of consumption. The decorative napkin shapes and folding methods are complex, and there is no international machine that can automatically fold complex napkins. "Sydney" napkin is one of many shapes. Because the shape resembles the world famous building Sydney Opera House hence the name, its appearance is exquisite, the style is concise, the market demand is very big, this design is aimed at can carry on the automatic "Sydney" folding napkin folding machine. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. By analyzing the research status of napkin folding machine at home and abroad, combining with the working principle of related mechanical products, and analyzing the folding process of "Sydney" napkin, the functional modules of the mechanical body of "Sydney" napkin folding machine are divided. At the same time, the principle design of each function module is put forward. On the basis of the principle scheme design, the structure design and the principle prototype model are made. 2. By analyzing the mechanical principle of friction separation mechanism and combining with the concrete demand of the napkin folding machine, a kind of napkin delamination mechanism is designed, which can realize the stratification of "Sydney" napkin folding machine. According to the principle of napkin stratification mechanism, this paper makes a mathematical model for the separation of napkin layer and layer, and finds out the key factors that can make the napkin stratification mechanism stratify accurately. 3. By analyzing the research status of vacuum adsorption system in different equipments at home and abroad, combined with the working requirements of this napkin folding machine, the whole structure of vacuum absorber is designed, and the circuit and components of vacuum adsorption are simply introduced. A new layout structure of conveyor belt hole and adsorption cavity hole is designed, and a set of design solutions are obtained according to the working requirements. 4. According to the control requirement of the folding device in front of napkin folding machine, based on the FA platform of Mitsubishi, the hardware platform of automatic control system is built to build a dual CPU system, to create PLC program, motion servo program and man-machine interface. Complete the first four fold folding device automatic control system.
