基于全矢譜和Hilbert包絡(luò)解調(diào)的滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷

【摘要】:提出一種滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷新方法——全矢Hilbert包絡(luò)解調(diào)譜分析。Hilbert變換對于滾動(dòng)軸承故障信號(hào)有良好的調(diào)制解調(diào)效果,但單依賴傳統(tǒng)的單通道信號(hào)會(huì)產(chǎn)生信息遺漏,對診斷的準(zhǔn)確性造成影響,基于同源雙通道信息融合的全矢譜技術(shù),能夠更加全面、準(zhǔn)確地反映設(shè)備振動(dòng)特性。將全矢譜技術(shù)與Hilbert解調(diào)相結(jié)合,并進(jìn)行滾動(dòng)軸承外圈故障的診斷實(shí)驗(yàn),證實(shí)了全矢Hilbert包絡(luò)解調(diào)譜分析的有效性和先進(jìn)性。
[Abstract]:A new method of rolling bearing fault diagnosis is proposed. The full vector Hilbert envelope demodulation spectrum analysis.Hilbert transform has good modulation and demodulation effect on the rolling bearing fault signal, but the single channel signal only relies on the traditional single channel signal to omit information, affect the accuracy of diagnosis, and based on the full vector spectrum of the fusion of the homologous dual channel information. The technology can reflect the vibration characteristics of the equipment more comprehensively and accurately. The whole vector spectrum technology is combined with the Hilbert demodulation, and the diagnosis experiment of the fault of the outer ring of the rolling bearing is carried out. The validity and the advanced character of the full vector Hilbert envelope demodulation spectrum analysis are confirmed.
