接觸電阻法在潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)測(cè)試中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:摩擦副潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變的研究是摩擦學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要分支,較為經(jīng)典的是早期Stribeck曲線,而后Gumbel根據(jù)前人研究結(jié)果結(jié)合Stribeck曲線建立了更為詳細(xì)的潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變圖。該方法提出的膜厚比是判斷潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)的一個(gè)重要特征參數(shù),本文通過(guò)接觸電阻法計(jì)算出膜厚比完成了潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變的分析。 本文介紹了利用電阻、電容及阻容振蕩等方法測(cè)量油膜厚度的原理,通過(guò)分析上述幾種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,確定了適合測(cè)量油膜厚度的檢測(cè)方法,即接觸電阻法。首先,基于LabVIEW軟件平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)了接觸電阻法的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,人機(jī)交換模塊,數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊和數(shù)據(jù)保存模塊,完成了采集、預(yù)警、濾波處理和數(shù)據(jù)保存四個(gè)功能,獲得了摩擦力、接觸電壓的實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量結(jié)果。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)具有檢測(cè)速度快、精度高、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其次通過(guò)判斷不同載荷下接觸電阻分壓值,獲得了適合本試驗(yàn)電壓范圍;最后,通過(guò)提取的接觸電壓,分別建立了溫度、載荷與膜厚比的統(tǒng)計(jì)關(guān)系。 通過(guò)接觸電阻法對(duì)鑄鐵缸套與鍍層為氮化鉻活塞環(huán)的研究得出如下結(jié)論: 1.載荷為10MPa、20MPa,電壓值在0.1VE01.3V范圍內(nèi),接觸電阻分壓值Uc值隨恒壓源E0值增大而增大;當(dāng)載荷達(dá)到30MPa、40MPa時(shí),接觸電壓值不受電源電壓的影響?梢耘袛嘣囼(yàn)電壓的選取在E0=0.8~1.5v范圍內(nèi)較為理想。 2.接觸電壓變化趨勢(shì)較摩擦力變化趨勢(shì)更為明顯。同時(shí),二者呈現(xiàn)相反趨勢(shì),表現(xiàn)為接觸電壓最大時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)于摩擦力值最小位置,即往復(fù)行程的中部位置。接觸電壓值最小時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)于摩擦力值最大位置,即往復(fù)行程的止點(diǎn)位置。 3.行程中部膜厚比隨載荷、溫度無(wú)變化,膜厚比在0.9附近,由此判斷該區(qū)域處于混合潤(rùn)滑區(qū);止點(diǎn)位置膜厚比隨載荷升高而略有下降,在溫度為180℃時(shí)出現(xiàn)拐點(diǎn),膜厚比在0.5~0.7之間,由此判斷該區(qū)域處于邊界潤(rùn)滑區(qū);
[Abstract]:The study of lubrication state transition of friction pairs is an important branch of tribology field. The classical Stribeck curve is the classical one. Then Gumbel establishes a more detailed lubrication state transition diagram based on the previous research results and Stribeck curve. The film thickness ratio proposed by this method is an important characteristic parameter to judge the lubrication state. In this paper, the film thickness ratio is calculated by the contact resistance method to complete the analysis of the lubricating state transition. The principle of measuring oil film thickness by capacitance and resistance-capacitance oscillation is discussed. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods and combining with the structural characteristics of the testing machine, the contact resistance method, which is suitable for measuring the oil film thickness, is determined. First of all, based on LabVIEW software platform, a contact resistance detection system is developed. The system includes data acquisition module, man-machine exchange module, data processing module and data saving module. The real-time measurement results of friction and contact voltage are obtained by filtering and data saving. The test results show that the system has the advantages of high detection speed, high accuracy and good stability. Secondly, by judging the partial voltage value of contact resistance under different loads, the suitable voltage range for this test is obtained. Finally, the temperature is established by the extracted contact voltage. The relationship between the load and the film thickness ratio. Through the contact resistance method to study the chromium nitride piston ring of cast iron cylinder liner and coating, the conclusions are as follows: 1. The voltage of contact resistance increases with the increase of constant voltage source E0, and when the load reaches 30 MPA, the contact voltage is not affected by the voltage of power supply. The load is 10 MPA and the voltage is in the range of 0.1VE01.3 V, and the value of UC increases with the increase of constant voltage source E0, and when the load reaches 30 MPA, the contact voltage is not affected by the voltage of the power supply. It can be concluded that the selection of test voltage is ideal in the range of E0. 0. 8 ~ 1. 5 v. The change trend of contact voltage is more obvious than that of friction force. At the same time, the two have the opposite trend, showing that the maximum contact voltage corresponds to the minimum position of the friction force, that is, the middle position of the reciprocating stroke. When the contact voltage value is minimum, it corresponds to the maximum position of the friction force value, that is, the stop point position of the reciprocating stroke. 3. The film thickness ratio in the middle of the stroke is not changed with the load, the temperature is not changed, and the film thickness ratio is close to 0.9.
