基于計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計的尺寸精度研究

【摘要】:尺寸精度設(shè)計,是機(jī)械精度設(shè)計中的一項重要工作。它對提高產(chǎn)品的性能、質(zhì)量以及降低生產(chǎn)成本都有重要影響。隨著計算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展,計算機(jī)輔助尺寸精度設(shè)計在國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)受到越來越廣泛的重視,成為當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界和工程界研究的熱門技術(shù)之一。 合理選用尺寸的極限與配合,既要深入地掌握極限與配合的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),又要對產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求、工作條件以及生產(chǎn)制造條件等進(jìn)行全面分析,同時還要通過生產(chǎn)實踐和科學(xué)實驗不斷積累經(jīng)驗,這樣才能合理設(shè)計尺寸精度。本課題研究的目的是提高產(chǎn)品裝配成功率,降低成本,縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期。通過綜合分析產(chǎn)品設(shè)計要求、制造裝配要求、制造成本等多種因素,應(yīng)用公差優(yōu)化理論,進(jìn)行公差優(yōu)化設(shè)計,以獲得最佳的尺寸精度設(shè)計。 AutoCAD軟件雖然能實現(xiàn)手冊查詢、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)查詢和公差標(biāo)注等功能,但是使用復(fù)雜,設(shè)定麻煩,缺乏一種簡單便捷的尺寸精度快速查詢和標(biāo)注的功能。為了方便設(shè)計人員,提高設(shè)計效率,本文提出了改進(jìn)的思想,設(shè)計了一種尺寸精度自動查詢與標(biāo)注的新軟件。通過Visual Basic.NET編程實現(xiàn)尺寸公差的自動查詢和快速標(biāo)注,克服了機(jī)械設(shè)計人員反復(fù)查表和多次進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)定的不足,具有省時、準(zhǔn)確、高效等特點,也使機(jī)械設(shè)計智能化、設(shè)計手冊電子化,提高了繪圖和設(shè)計的效率,同時增強了AutoCAD的應(yīng)用功能,具有一定的實用價值。
[Abstract]:Dimensional precision design is an important work in mechanical precision design. It has an important effect on improving the performance and quality of the product and reducing the production cost. With the development of computer application technology, computer aided dimensional precision design has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad. It is not only necessary to thoroughly grasp the national standards of limit and cooperation, but also to make a comprehensive analysis of the technical requirements, working conditions and manufacturing conditions of the products, and at the same time to continuously accumulate experience through production practices and scientific experiments. Only in this way can the dimension accuracy be reasonably designed. The purpose of this research is to improve the success rate of product assembly, reduce the cost and shorten the product development cycle. Through the comprehensive analysis of product design requirements, manufacturing assembly requirements, manufacturing costs and other factors, the tolerance optimization theory is applied to optimize the tolerance design to obtain the best dimensional precision design. The functions of standard query and tolerance marking are complicated and difficult to set, and it lacks a simple and convenient function of quick query and marking of dimension precision. In order to facilitate designers and improve design efficiency, this paper presents an improved idea and designs a new software for automatic query and marking of dimension precision. The automatic query and fast marking of dimension tolerance are realized by Visual basic .NET programming, which overcomes the shortcomings of repeated table searching and parameter setting by mechanical designers. It has the characteristics of saving time, accuracy, high efficiency and so on. It also makes the mechanical design intelligent. The electronic design manual improves the efficiency of drawing and design, and enhances the application function of AutoCAD, which has certain practical value.
