制造對象過盈配合的液壓拆解問題研究

【摘要】:再制造與傳統(tǒng)制造相比具有諸多明顯優(yōu)勢,研究再制造的關(guān)鍵科學問題,契合國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的迫切需求、符合國家的重大戰(zhàn)略目標。大型長輸管線壓縮機機組是天然氣輸送管道的核心設(shè)備,是保障西氣東輸能源大動脈安全可靠運行的關(guān)鍵,大型長輸管線壓縮機在長期服役過程中由于高周疲勞、沖蝕、腐蝕等原因,易導致壓縮機葉輪失效而需要進行再制造,拆解是再制造無損檢測和修復的前提,是再制造整體工藝不可或缺的一部分,但針對離心壓縮機葉輪和主軸這類大尺寸、大過盈、高精度再制造對象的無損拆解機理的研究很少。 為此,本文以量大面廣、具有高附加值的機械裝備的核心部件,如大型壓縮機為主要研究載體,研究機械裝備在多場耦合作用下的約束解除機理以及無損拆解方法,綜合運用理論分析、回歸分析、數(shù)值模擬等方法針對再制造對象液壓拆解問題進行探索性研究,基于過盈配合接觸理論,分析了再制造對象的約束特性,提出了液壓拆解過程中存在的三種潤滑模型,驗證了液壓拆解的可能性并分析了液壓拆解對于再制造對象缺陷的影響。 分析結(jié)果表明在過盈配合接觸面開設(shè)油槽并注入一定壓力的液壓油能減小兩接觸面的過盈量,使得兩接觸面處于邊界潤滑和流體潤滑狀態(tài),液壓方法可以實現(xiàn)再制造對象無損拆解,同時液壓作用未對蓋盤邊緣裂紋及葉片初始裂紋造成實質(zhì)性損傷,但過大的液壓壓力會使葉片根部裂紋尖端區(qū)域的應(yīng)力接近材料的屈服極限,可能導致根部裂紋擴展。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional manufacturing, remanufacturing has many obvious advantages. To study the key scientific problems of remanufacturing accords with the urgent need of national sustainable development and accords with the great strategic goal of the country. The large long-distance pipeline compressor unit is the core equipment of the natural gas pipeline, and the key to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the energy artery of the West-to-East gas transmission pipeline. During the long service period, the large long-distance pipeline compressor is washed away because of high cycle fatigue. Corrosion is easy to cause compressor impeller failure and need to be remanufactured. Disassembly is a prerequisite for non-destructive testing and repair of remanufacturing, and is an indispensable part of the overall remanufacturing process. However, few researches have been done on the nondestructive dismantling mechanism of centrifugal compressor impellers and spindles such as large size, large interference and high precision remanufacturing objects. Therefore, this paper focuses on the core components of machinery and equipment with large quantity and high added value. Such as the large compressor as the main research carrier, the mechanism of constraint release and the method of nondestructive disassembly of mechanical equipment under the action of multi-field coupling are studied, and the theoretical analysis and regression analysis are used synthetically. Based on the interference fit contact theory, the constraint characteristics of the remanufacturing object are analyzed, and three lubrication models in the process of hydraulic disassembly are proposed. The possibility of hydraulic disassembly is verified and the influence of hydraulic disassembly on the defect of remanufactured object is analyzed. The two contact surfaces are in the condition of boundary lubrication and fluid lubrication. The hydraulic method can realize the non-destructive dismantling of the remanufacturing object, and the hydraulic action does not cause substantial damage to the edge crack of the cap plate and the initial crack of the blade. However, if the hydraulic pressure is too large, the stress at the crack tip of the blade root will approach the yield limit of the material, which may lead to the crack propagation at the root.
