基于RFID的車間制造信息管理系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:對于制造企業(yè)來說,日益激烈的市場競爭導(dǎo)致了傳統(tǒng)的組織模式和管理思想已跟不上時代要求。實(shí)施信息化是制造企業(yè)積極應(yīng)對競爭的有力手段。目前,以企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)為代表的信息管理系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)管理中已廣泛應(yīng)用。然而ERP系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注企業(yè)整運(yùn)營,對生產(chǎn)過程監(jiān)控與跟蹤能力不足,生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度及訂單執(zhí)行情況就無法實(shí)時上傳給企業(yè)管理層。車間制造過程管理的信息化是企業(yè)信息化的基礎(chǔ),也是最重要的一步。而實(shí)現(xiàn)車間信息化,首先要解決的是現(xiàn)場大量生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集與處理問題。 本文從離散型制造企業(yè)車間制造過程管理的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題出發(fā),分析了車間制造過程信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求,采用射頻識別RFID技術(shù)解決其數(shù)據(jù)采集困難的問題,開發(fā)了基于RFID技術(shù)的車間制造過程信息管理系統(tǒng)。 本文分析了離散制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理中存在的問題,和將RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)制造現(xiàn)場的具體方案,重點(diǎn)研究對生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確高效地采集和處理以及制造過程管理系統(tǒng)的具體功能需求。參考了現(xiàn)有的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的功能模型,結(jié)合離散制造企業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況,對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析與設(shè)計(jì),并對基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊、信息采集模塊、在制品管理模塊、倉庫管理模塊、綜合查詢模塊和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 通過對管理系統(tǒng)的需求和具體功能模塊分析,本文采用Microsoft Visual Studio2008作為開發(fā)工具,,以C#作為開發(fā)語言,以Microsoft SQL Server2005作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,基于客戶端/服務(wù)器的設(shè)計(jì)模式,開發(fā)了基于RFID的車間制造信息管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:For manufacturing enterprises, the increasingly fierce market competition has led to the traditional organizational model and management thinking has failed to keep up with the requirements of the times. The implementation of informatization is a powerful means for manufacturing enterprises to actively respond to competition. At present, the information management system represented by ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been widely used in enterprise management. However, the ERP system focuses on the whole operation of the enterprise, and the ability of monitoring and tracking the production process is insufficient, so the production progress and the execution of orders can not be uploaded to the management of the enterprise in real time. Workshop manufacturing process management information is the basis of enterprise informatization, but also the most important step. In order to realize workshop informatization, the first thing to be solved is the collection and processing of mass production data. Based on the characteristics and problems of workshop manufacturing process management in discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the requirements of workshop manufacturing process information management system, and adopts RFID RFID technology to solve the difficult problem of data acquisition. A workshop manufacturing process information management system based on RFID technology is developed. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production management of discrete manufacturing enterprises, and the concrete scheme of applying RFID technology to manufacturing site. Focus on the production data accurate and efficient collection and processing as well as the specific functional requirements of the manufacturing process management system. Referring to the functional model of the existing manufacturing execution system and combining the actual production situation of the discrete manufacturing enterprise, the system database is analyzed and designed in detail, and the basic data management module, the information collection module, the in-process management module, the data management module and the in-process management module are analyzed and designed in detail. Warehouse management module, comprehensive query module and statistical analysis module are designed in detail. Through the analysis of the requirement and the specific function modules of the management system, this paper adopts Microsoft Visual Studio2008 as the development tool, C # as the development language, Microsoft SQL Server2005 as the database, and based on the design pattern of the client / server. A workshop manufacturing information management system based on RFID is developed.
