基于Lagrange變換的重采樣及誤差分析

【摘要】:在故障診斷分析中,為了提高時(shí)域轉(zhuǎn)角域的精度以及更加有效地進(jìn)行故障特征提取,研究了基于Lagrange變換的重采樣及誤差分析。通過(guò)重采樣將時(shí)域信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為角域信號(hào),并結(jié)合Lagrange插值的余項(xiàng)公式,對(duì)比余項(xiàng)誤差與理論誤差,得到精度高、工作量小的Lagrange重采樣方法。最后將重采樣得到的角域信號(hào)包絡(luò)譜與原振動(dòng)信號(hào)包絡(luò)譜對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明:重采樣后的角域信號(hào)包絡(luò)譜故障特征明顯,證明了該方法是有效的。
[Abstract]:In fault diagnosis and analysis, resampling and error analysis based on Lagrange transform are studied in order to improve the accuracy of time domain corner domain and to extract fault features more effectively. By resampling the time-domain signal into the angular domain signal and combining the residual formula of Lagrange interpolation, a high precision and small workload Lagrange resampling method is obtained by comparing the residual error with the theoretical error. Finally, the angle domain envelope spectrum obtained by resampling is compared with the original vibration signal envelope spectrum. The results show that the fault characteristics of the angle domain signal envelope spectrum after resampling are obvious, which proves that the method is effective.
