雙離合器雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪的特性研究

【摘要】:雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪是一種采用兩個撓性體結(jié)構(gòu)的新型飛輪,以解決傳統(tǒng)一體式撓性盤飛輪存在的易產(chǎn)生裂紋、變形、破碎等缺陷,且對于降低整車傳動的橫向(軸向)振動、緩解傳動系的沖擊等方面都發(fā)揮著非常良好效果,其設(shè)計的合理性直接影響到汽車的舒適性和零部件工作的可靠性,因此,雙離合器雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪的特性研究具有重要的意義。 論文對雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了研究,對兩體式柔性飛輪的關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行校核計算,進(jìn)一步利用有限元分析技術(shù)對柔性飛輪的設(shè)計問題展開了研究,提出并探討了基于理論計算和有限元分析的雙離合器雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化的方法和模式,同時應(yīng)用此方法和模式對某公司的一款雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪進(jìn)行了具體的分析、設(shè)計和優(yōu)化,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行了試驗驗證,為該類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計提供了可行的設(shè)計與分析方法的依據(jù)。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括一下幾個部分: ①對雙離合器雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪關(guān)鍵部件,如起動齒圈、圓柱直齒漸開線花鍵、螺栓等進(jìn)行了理論分析,關(guān)鍵部分的強度都符合設(shè)計要求。 ②為驗證雙離合器雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的合理性,以及探討柔性盤對整體飛輪的減振作用。應(yīng)用Pro/Engineer軟件建立了雙離合器、雙液力變矩器柔性飛輪的三維實體模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上利用ANSYS Workbench軟件對一體式飛輪和兩體式飛輪總成分別進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)強度應(yīng)力分析、模態(tài)分析和諧響應(yīng)分析,確定兩體式飛輪總成的優(yōu)勢。 ③撓性板是飛輪總成中的重要部件,其軸向剛度直接影響飛輪的軸向減振特性,在滿足剛度和強度的條件下,應(yīng)使撓性板具有一定的軸向柔性而總成的軸向振幅較小,通過改變撓性板的外部型線,利用ANSYS Workbench軟件對曲線進(jìn)行分析,獲得具有“理想特性”的結(jié)構(gòu)型線,實現(xiàn)所要求的動力學(xué)特性,并經(jīng)試驗驗證其分析方法的正確性和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。 ④針對新型設(shè)計開發(fā)windows環(huán)境下的雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪計算機輔助設(shè)計軟件系統(tǒng),所開發(fā)雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪的軟件系統(tǒng)已被企業(yè)所驗收,,并應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)設(shè)計。 論文所優(yōu)化后的雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪,結(jié)構(gòu)新穎,是一種既滿足強度條件又滿足動力學(xué)特性的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,相對于傳動一體式飛輪與優(yōu)化前的兩體式飛輪,新型的雙離合器雙液力變矩器兩體式柔性飛輪具有更好的減振效果。
[Abstract]:The double clutch and double hydraulic torque converter two type flexible flywheel is a new type of flywheel with two flexible body structures to solve the defects of the traditional one type flexible disc flywheel, which can easily produce cracks, deformation and breakage. It also plays a very good role in reducing the transverse (axial) vibration of the vehicle transmission and alleviating the impact of the transmission system. As a result, the rationality of the design directly affects the comfort of the automobile and the reliability of the work of the parts. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the characteristics of the flexible flywheel in the dual clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter.
The development status and development trend of the two type flexible flywheel with double clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter are studied in this paper. The key parts of the two type flexible flywheel are checked and calculated. The design of the flexible flywheel is further studied by using the finite element analysis technique, and the theoretical calculation and the discussion are made and discussed. The method and model of the design and optimization of a dual clutch dual hydraulic torque converter with double clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter are analyzed. At the same time, the method and mode are used to analyze, design and optimize a dual clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter two type flexible flywheel in a company, and the results are tested and verified for the design of this kind of product. It provides a basis for feasible design and analysis methods. The main contents of the paper include several parts:
The key parts of the dual clutch dual hydraulic torque converter flexible flywheel, such as the starting ring, the involute spline of cylindrical straight tooth, bolt and so on, are analyzed theoretically. The strength of the key part is in accordance with the design requirements.
In order to verify the rationality of the structure design of the flexible flywheel with double clutch and double torque converter, and to discuss the vibration damping effect of the flexible disk on the whole flywheel, the three-dimensional solid model of the dual clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter flexible flywheel is established by using Pro/Engineer software, and on this basis, the ANSYS Workbench software is used for the integrated flywheel and two. The body flywheel assembly has carried out structural stress analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis to determine the advantages of the two body flywheel assembly.
The flexible plate is an important part of the flywheel assembly. Its axial stiffness directly affects the axial vibration damping characteristics of the flywheel. Under the conditions of rigidity and strength, the flexible plate should have a certain axial flexibility and the axial amplitude of the assembly is small. By changing the external line of the flexible plate, the ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the curve. A structural line with "ideal characteristics" is obtained to achieve the required dynamic characteristics, and the correctness of the analytical method and the rationality of the product structure are verified by experiments.
In view of the new design and development of the dual clutch dual hydraulic torque converter two type flexible flywheel computer aided design software system under the environment of windows, the software system of the dual clutch dual hydraulic torque converter two type flexible flywheel has been accepted by the enterprise and applied to the production design.
The structure of the two body flexible flywheel with dual clutch and dual hydraulic torque converter is novel. It is a structural form which satisfies both the strength and the dynamic characteristics. Compared with the transmission wheel and the two type flywheel before the optimization, the new dual clutch dual hydraulic torque converter two type flexible flywheel has better vibration damping. Effect.
