反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理影響軸流壓氣機(jī)性能的機(jī)理

【摘要】:采用試驗(yàn)和非定常數(shù)值模擬方法研究了反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理對(duì)亞聲速軸流壓氣機(jī)性能的影響.試驗(yàn)與數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果均指出反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理后,轉(zhuǎn)子在降低12%左右最大等熵效率的基礎(chǔ)上獲得30.1%左右的失速裕度改進(jìn)量.詳細(xì)的轉(zhuǎn)子葉頂流場(chǎng)分析表明反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理改善了葉頂間隙泄漏流動(dòng),消除了實(shí)體壁機(jī)匣時(shí)葉頂通道低速泄漏流形成的堵塞,因此轉(zhuǎn)子穩(wěn)定性得以提高.同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子葉片與處理縫的相對(duì)位置變化會(huì)影響處理縫的擴(kuò)穩(wěn)能力.處理縫中回流、處理縫形成的噴射流與葉頂通道主流的相互作用都造成較大的流動(dòng)損失,進(jìn)而使轉(zhuǎn)子等熵效率降低.反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理前移約55%葉頂軸向弦長(zhǎng)的數(shù)值研究結(jié)果表明,與反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理比較,反葉片角向縫機(jī)匣處理前移獲得的失速裕度改進(jìn)量降低約10.4%,但等熵效率的惡化程度降低近64%.
[Abstract]:The effect of reverse blade angular slot casing treatment on the performance of subsonic axial flow compressor was studied by means of experimental and unsteady numerical simulation. The experimental and numerical results show that the rotor can reduce the maximum isentropic efficiency by about 12% and obtain a stall margin improvement of about 30.1% after the reverse blade angular slot casing is treated. Detailed analysis of rotor blade tip flow field shows that the reverse blade angular slot casing treatment improves the tip clearance leakage flow and eliminates the clogging of the low speed leakage flow in the blade top channel during the solid wall casing, so the rotor stability can be improved. At the same time, the relative position of the rotor blade and the treated joint will affect the stability of the treated joint. The flow loss caused by the jet flow formed by the treatment slot and the interaction between the jet flow formed by the treatment seam and the mainstream of the vane channel resulted in a decrease in the rotor Isentropic efficiency. The results of numerical study on the axial chord length of the blade tip of about 55% forward displacement of the reverse blade angular slot casing treatment show that, compared with the reverse blade angle joint casing treatment, The improvement of stall margin obtained by backward blade angle-slotted casing treatment decreases about 10.4 percent, but the deterioration of Isentropic efficiency is reduced by nearly 64 percent.
