軸承凸度滾道及其電化學(xué)機(jī)械復(fù)合加工方法研究

【摘要】:軸承的壽命、振動(dòng)和噪聲則是軸承質(zhì)量的綜合反映。依據(jù)過去的理論研究成果,把圓柱滾子軸承的滾道由直母線改為具有凸度母線,同時(shí)大量降低滾道表面的粗糙度,是改變滾道表面物理力學(xué)性能、提高軸承的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度和耐磨性、改善滾動(dòng)接觸區(qū)應(yīng)力分布、降低軸承震動(dòng)和噪音、避免軸承過早失效、提高軸承的壽命的有效手段。而相對(duì)于軸承滾道傳統(tǒng)磨削加工存在的一些問題,例如工具(砂輪、油石)損耗大、滾道表面質(zhì)量差、成型工藝復(fù)雜,凸度值不易控制,以及加工效率低等難以解決的矛盾,電化學(xué)機(jī)械加工方法具有加工表面質(zhì)量好、表面微觀幾何形貌優(yōu)良、加工不受工件材料硬度影響以及加工成本低、加工效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此,針對(duì)影響軸承使用性能和壽命的關(guān)鍵——滾道表面質(zhì)量和形狀問題,本文將電化學(xué)成型與電化學(xué)機(jī)械光整加工技術(shù)集成應(yīng)用于軸承滾道加工,力求在實(shí)現(xiàn)軸承滾道光整加工的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)滾道的凸度成型。 針對(duì)電化學(xué)機(jī)械加工軸承滾道過程中的關(guān)鍵問題,本文所做的主要工作包括:(1)對(duì)軸承滾道疲勞失效機(jī)理、凸度修正理論、凸度獲取技術(shù)等問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析;(2)通過對(duì)有限長(zhǎng)彈性半空間體線接觸問題的分析,以及利用有限元數(shù)值分析方法,,研究軸承滾道凸度技術(shù)對(duì)接觸應(yīng)力分布的影響。(3)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械磨削和超精加工方法實(shí)現(xiàn)軸承滾道凸度及表面質(zhì)量存在的局限性,提出用電化學(xué)機(jī)械復(fù)合法構(gòu)建軸承滾道的凸度,在建立相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到電化學(xué)機(jī)械復(fù)合加工軸承滾道凸度的基本規(guī)律,為最終將其應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)加工奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Bearing life, vibration and noise is a comprehensive reflection of bearing quality. According to the previous theoretical research results, changing the raceway of cylindrical roller bearings from direct busbar to convex busbar, and greatly reducing the roughness of raceway surface is to change the physical and mechanical properties of raceway surface. It is an effective means to improve the rotation accuracy and wear resistance of bearings, to improve the stress distribution in rolling contact areas, to reduce the vibration and noise of bearings, to avoid premature failure of bearings, and to improve the life of bearings. Compared with the traditional grinding process of bearing raceway, some problems exist in traditional grinding, such as large wear of tools (grinding wheel, oil stone), poor surface quality of raceway, complex forming technology, difficult to control the crown value, and low processing efficiency, etc. Electrochemical machining (ECM) has the advantages of good surface quality, good microcosmic geometry, no influence of workpiece hardness, low machining cost and high machining efficiency. Therefore, aiming at the problem of the surface quality and shape of the raceway, which affects the performance and service life of the bearing, this paper applies the electrochemical forming and electrochemical mechanical finishing technology to the bearing raceway processing. In order to achieve the bearing roller finish processing, to achieve the profile of the raceway. Aiming at the key problems in the electrochemical machining of bearing raceway, the main work in this paper includes the fatigue failure mechanism of bearing raceway and the crown correction theory. Through the analysis of the linear contact problem of the finite length elastic half-space body and the finite element numerical analysis method, the problem of obtaining convexity is analyzed in detail. The influence of bearing raceway crown technology on contact stress distribution. (3) aiming at the limitation of traditional mechanical grinding and super-finishing methods to realize bearing raceway crown and surface quality, an electrochemical mechanical compound method is proposed to construct bearing raceway crown. On the basis of the establishment of the related experimental equipment, the basic law of the raceway crown of the electrochemical mechanical composite machining bearing was obtained, which laid a foundation for its application in practical production and processing.
