圓柱齒輪傳動非線性動力學鍵合圖建模研究

【摘要】:鍵合圖方法提供了一種統(tǒng)一處理多種能量范疇的工程系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)分析方法,可以用來模擬多輸入、多輸出系統(tǒng),線性和非線性系統(tǒng),鍵合圖中的狀態(tài)變量均為物理變量,可深入地描述系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部狀態(tài)的變化過程。但是鍵合圖法的不足是對機械系統(tǒng)中的非線性參數(shù),如摩擦、間隙等因素建模時不是很方便。針對鍵合圖建模方法的不足,本文的主要工作包括: (1)通過對摩擦力運動特性的分析,引入功率結(jié)型結(jié)構,建立了能夠全面反映摩擦力動態(tài)特性的通用鍵合圖模型,該模型不僅能夠反映摩擦力在靜摩擦狀態(tài)和動摩擦狀態(tài)下的運動特性,而且還可以反映摩擦力的耗能特性。 (2)對典型的間隙接觸動力學進行了分析,根據(jù)相對位移與間隙的關系,把接觸力劃分為三個狀態(tài),建立了間隙接觸的通用鍵合圖模型,采用20-sim仿真軟件對所建立的模型進行了仿真分析,仿真結(jié)果與實際情況相符,驗證了模型的正確性。 (3)以齒輪系統(tǒng)為研究對象,分別建立了齒面摩擦的鍵合圖模型、間隙和時變剛度的鍵合圖模型以及靜態(tài)傳遞誤差的鍵合圖模型,在此基礎上,建立了包含齒面摩擦、間隙、時變剛度和靜態(tài)傳遞誤差等非線性因素的齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)非線性鍵合圖模型,并運用20-sim和Matlab仿真軟件對模型進行了對比仿真研究,結(jié)果驗證了模型的正確性。 (4)采用實驗的方法測到了一對實驗齒輪的靜態(tài)傳遞誤差和動態(tài)傳遞誤差曲線,并將動態(tài)傳遞誤差與采用本文建立的齒輪鍵合圖模型計算得到的傳遞誤差曲線進行了對比,兩者的嚙合頻率基本一致,但是幅值有一定的誤差,基本驗證了本文建立的齒輪系統(tǒng)鍵合圖模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:The bond graph method provides a unified dynamic analysis method for engineering systems with multiple energy categories. It can be used to simulate multi-input, multi-output, linear and nonlinear systems, and the state variables in the bond graph are all physical variables. The internal state of the system can be described in depth. But the disadvantage of bond graph method is that it is not very convenient to model the nonlinear parameters such as friction and clearance in mechanical system. Aiming at the deficiency of bond graph modeling method, the main work of this paper includes: 1) by analyzing the movement characteristics of friction force and introducing the structure of power junction, a general bond graph model which can fully reflect the dynamic characteristics of friction force is established. The model can not only reflect the motion characteristics of friction under static and dynamic friction, but also reflect the energy dissipation characteristics of friction. Based on the relation between relative displacement and clearance, the contact force is divided into three states, and a general bond graph model of gap contact is established. The 20-sim simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the established model. The simulation results are consistent with the actual situation, and the correctness of the model is verified. Taking gear system as the research object, the bond graph model of tooth surface friction, the bond graph model of clearance and time-varying stiffness, and the bond graph model of static transfer error are established respectively. On this basis, the tooth surface friction and clearance are established. The nonlinear bond graph model of gear transmission system with nonlinear factors such as time-varying stiffness and static transfer error is studied and compared with the simulation software 20-sim and Matlab. The results show that the model is correct. 4) the static and dynamic transfer error curves of a pair of experimental gears are measured by means of experiments, and the dynamic transfer errors are compared with the transfer error curves calculated by using the gear bond graph model established in this paper. The meshing frequency of the two is basically the same, but the amplitude has some error, which basically verifies the correctness of the bond graph model of the gear system established in this paper.
