電磁振動(dòng)定量給料系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:定量給料機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、冶金、電力、化工、煤炭、礦山、煙草、食品和環(huán)保等行業(yè)。它是對(duì)散狀物料進(jìn)行連續(xù)稱量給料的理想設(shè)備,能適應(yīng)各種生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,可對(duì)各種塊狀、粒狀和粉狀物料等進(jìn)行連續(xù)給料、計(jì)量。因此努力提高給料系統(tǒng)的給料精度和自動(dòng)化程度就有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并且,將傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算機(jī)控制相結(jié)合,利用機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)也是順應(yīng)工業(yè)發(fā)展方向。 首先,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)小型電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī),并對(duì)該給料機(jī)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試,使其能連續(xù)平穩(wěn)的工作,它的實(shí)際給料能力是4t/h。根據(jù)該電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)的給料能力,本文還設(shè)計(jì)了與之相適應(yīng)的沖擊式流量計(jì),分析得出該流量計(jì)交流電橋部分產(chǎn)生的電壓與鐵芯的位移即電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)的瞬時(shí)流量基本成正比。 然后,本文采用西門子公司的S7-200PLC作為計(jì)量控制器,對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行PID閉環(huán)控制,將PLC輸出的電流輸入給電振機(jī)控制箱,利用控制箱實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)振幅的調(diào)節(jié)。此外,本文還應(yīng)用WinCC組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計(jì)了本系統(tǒng)的控制界面,使監(jiān)視、管理、控制運(yùn)行過程更加直觀方便。 最后,本文用實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定,并確定了給料機(jī)的給料上限,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的控制性能進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,系統(tǒng)定量給料效果良好。
[Abstract]:Ration feeder is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, coal, mine, tobacco, food and environmental protection. It is an ideal equipment for continuous weighing and feeding of bulk materials, which can be adapted to various production environments, and can be used for continuous feeding and metering of various bulk, granular and powdery materials. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to improve the feeding accuracy and automation of the feeding system, and the combination of traditional mechanical system and computer control, the use of electromechanical integration technology is also in line with the direction of industrial development. Firstly, a small electromagnetic vibration feeder is designed and debugged to make it work smoothly and continuously. Its actual feed capacity is 4 t / h. According to the feeding capacity of the electromagnetic vibration feeder, an impact Flowmeter is designed. It is concluded that the voltage generated by the AC bridge of the Flowmeter is directly proportional to the displacement of the iron core, that is, the instantaneous flow rate of the electromagnetic vibration feeder. Then, the S7-200PLC of Siemens is used as the measurement controller, the whole system is controlled by PID closed loop, the output current of PLC is fed into the control box of electric vibration machine, and the amplitude of electromagnetic vibration feeder is adjusted by using the control box. In addition, the control interface of the system is designed by using WinCC configuration software, which makes the monitoring, management and control process more intuitive and convenient. Finally, the system is calibrated by the method of experiment, the upper limit of the feeder is determined, and the control performance of the system is analyzed. The experiment shows that the quantitative feeding effect of the system is good.
