【摘要】:目前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,快遞業(yè)為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率愈加明顯,快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展空間極為廣闊。眾多的快遞企業(yè)進(jìn)軍中國(guó)市場(chǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)的快遞企業(yè)面臨著激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),快遞服務(wù)與人們的日常生活聯(lián)系也更加緊密。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)者對(duì)快遞服務(wù)投訴的問(wèn)題中,主要有快件延誤、快件缺損和服務(wù)質(zhì)量差等。為了改善這一現(xiàn)狀,本文研究和設(shè)計(jì)快遞終端服務(wù)客戶系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)快件自動(dòng)存取,節(jié)省逐件確認(rèn)簽收的時(shí)間,有效地提高服務(wù)效率。 本文選擇在居民社區(qū)、高校等人群集中的地方安放快件服務(wù)系統(tǒng),外形為一些小儲(chǔ)物柜結(jié)構(gòu),用電控鎖控制箱門(mén)的開(kāi)和關(guān),只有在正常存取件的時(shí)候,才會(huì)由系統(tǒng)開(kāi)關(guān)箱門(mén)?爝f員存入快件時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)將快件上的條碼采集并進(jìn)行識(shí)別,識(shí)別后的條碼號(hào)將通過(guò)短消息發(fā)送給客戶?蛻羧〖䲡r(shí),輸入正確的條碼號(hào)后便可方便地提取快件。本文通過(guò)分析,將系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)分為條碼讀取和識(shí)別、快件箱控制和短消息通信三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)。 本文的主要內(nèi)容是分析并設(shè)計(jì)終端客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),硬件主要以單片機(jī)為核心處理器,配以其他功能器件,軟件將設(shè)計(jì)主要的功能程序模塊,以便滿足系統(tǒng)的主要功能。 論文完成了快遞終端客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的主要功能設(shè)計(jì)。選擇單片機(jī)處理器和CMOS圖像傳感器為主要構(gòu)件完成了條碼讀取和識(shí)別子系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)。采用圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)條碼進(jìn)行閾值分割、濾波、旋轉(zhuǎn)定位、邊緣圖像檢測(cè)等處理;運(yùn)用投影法對(duì)像素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,識(shí)別出條碼的符號(hào)碼字信息。選用電控鎖控制快件箱的開(kāi)關(guān),實(shí)現(xiàn)快件的查找以完成快件存取工作。用GSM模塊的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)短消息通信的功能。在功能上可以滿足系統(tǒng)的預(yù)期要求。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of economy, the contribution rate of express delivery industry to the development of world economy becomes more and more obvious, and the development space of express delivery industry is extremely broad. Many express delivery enterprises enter the Chinese market, the domestic express delivery enterprises are facing fierce competition, express service and people's daily life are more closely linked. At present, among the problems of domestic consumers' complaints about express service, there are mainly delay of express, defect of express and poor quality of service. In order to improve this situation, this paper studies and designs the express terminal service customer system, realizes the express mail automatic access, saves the time of confirmation and receipt, and effectively improves the service efficiency. In this paper, the express mail service system is installed in the place where the residents, colleges and universities are concentrated in the crowd, with the appearance of a few small lockers, the opening and closing of the door of the box is controlled by the electronic control lock, and only when the components are normally accessed and stored, the door of the box will be switched on and off by the system. When the courier stores the courier, the control system collects and recognizes the bar code on the express, and the bar code number after identification will be sent to the customer by short message. Customer pick-up, enter the correct bar code number can easily pick up the express. The system structure is divided into three subsystems: bar code reading and identification, express box control and short message communication. The main content of this paper is to analyze and design the structure of the terminal customer service system. The hardware mainly takes the single chip microcomputer as the core processor and other functional devices. The software will design the main function program module in order to satisfy the main function of the system. The paper has completed the main function design of the express terminal customer service system. Single chip processor and CMOS image sensor are selected as the main components to complete the hardware design of the bar code reading and recognition subsystem. The image processing technology is used to deal with the threshold segmentation, filtering, rotating location, edge image detection and so on. The pixel is statistically analyzed by projection method, and the symbol number information of the bar code is recognized. The electronic control lock is used to control the switch of the express box. The function of short message communication is realized by GSM module. The function can meet the expected requirements of the system.
