復(fù)雜零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的概念單元方法

【摘要】:提出復(fù)雜零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的概念單元方法,即幾何與物理模型、概念構(gòu)型與單元、強(qiáng)度與剛度、工藝與造型四部分。分析了復(fù)雜零件的應(yīng)用場合和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),建立幾何實(shí)體與物理模型,包含聯(lián)接與安裝部位,設(shè)置工況載荷與約束,定義設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域與非設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域;采用結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法獲得在若干工況下零件實(shí)體內(nèi)部的傳力路線,綜合多工況下傳力路線和相關(guān)因素,構(gòu)造出復(fù)雜零件結(jié)構(gòu)的概念模型,并結(jié)合零件的載荷形式,綜合考慮制造工藝性,選擇合適的零件結(jié)構(gòu)單元;依據(jù)零件的強(qiáng)度或剛度要求,使零件壁板和結(jié)構(gòu)單元具有滿足性能要求的尺度;同時(shí),兼顧零件結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性和視覺美學(xué)效果等因素,對零件結(jié)構(gòu)形狀和尺度進(jìn)行工藝和造型再設(shè)計(jì);以加工中心立柱和三級齒輪減速器箱體為例展示了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程,通過合理布置零件內(nèi)部筋板、單元的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和尺寸,為復(fù)雜零件的輕量化和科學(xué)合理結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供有效方法。
[Abstract]:A conceptual element method for structural design of complex parts is presented, which consists of four parts: geometric and physical model, conceptual configuration and element, strength and stiffness, process and modeling. This paper analyzes the application situation and structural characteristics of complex parts, establishes the geometric entity and physical model, including the connection and installation position, sets up the working load and constraints, and defines the design area and non-design area. The method of structural topology optimization is used to obtain the internal force transfer route of parts under several working conditions. The conceptual model of complex parts structure is constructed by synthesizing the load transfer routes and related factors under multiple working conditions, and combined with the load form of the parts. According to the strength or stiffness of the part, the wall plate and the structure unit of the part have the scale to meet the requirement of the performance, at the same time, The structural shape and scale of the parts are redesigned by taking into account the structural technicality and visual aesthetic effect of the parts, and the structural design process is demonstrated by taking the machining center column and the three-stage gear reducer box as an example. The structural form and size of the elements are arranged reasonably to provide an effective method for the lightweight and scientific structural design of the complex parts.
