高性能托輪的選材及其熱力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:托輪作為回轉(zhuǎn)體的支撐部件,最早在礦山、水泥廠等行業(yè)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。近年來,隨著鋼絲繩廠、電線電纜廠和光纜廠等行業(yè)的興盛,托輪行業(yè)又迎來了春天。但是由于受到托輪材料的限制,托輪的使用壽命相對(duì)比較短暫,這已經(jīng)成為了托輪行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。因此,本論文主要針對(duì)最新研制的高性能托輪材料,進(jìn)行了力學(xué)性能測(cè)試和相關(guān)性能的計(jì)算,并對(duì)材料進(jìn)行了性能比較,做出了最佳材料的選擇。 利用雙螺桿反應(yīng)擠出機(jī)制備四種配方的力學(xué)測(cè)試試樣,通過萬能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)得到了四種配方、膠木和國(guó)外樣品的壓縮應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)新研制的四種配方的彈性模量在3500MPa和5000MPa之間,比樣品及膠木的彈性模量都要高,完全符合對(duì)高性能托輪材料的力學(xué)性能要求。 通過有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)六種試樣制作的托輪進(jìn)行受力分析,得到了托輪在受載過程中的位移變形量和塑性變形能量。在實(shí)際工作過程中托輪要受到反復(fù)的擠壓,塑性變形能量轉(zhuǎn)化為熱量,成為托輪內(nèi)部溫度升高的主要因素。利用熱力學(xué)分析的知識(shí),推導(dǎo)出了托輪在工作過程中的溫度場(chǎng)分布,并且得到了六種材料的熱交換平衡時(shí)內(nèi)部的最大溫度值和其出現(xiàn)的位置。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)材料3的最大溫度值為110.5℃,是六種材料中最小的,材料3的最大溫度值位置是最靠近托輪外緣面的。另外經(jīng)過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)速、載荷與最大溫度近似呈正比例關(guān)系。 根據(jù)對(duì)不同材料的力學(xué)性能測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)和最大溫度值及其位置的計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的分析比較,得出了材料3即配方2作為制作托輪的最佳材料的選擇。
[Abstract]:As the supporting part of rotary body, the supporting wheel is widely used in mines, cement factories and other industries. In recent years, with the rise of wire rope factory, wire cable factory and optical cable factory, the industry of supporting wheel has ushered in spring. However, due to the constraints of the wheel materials, the service life of the wheel is relatively short, which has become the bottleneck of the development of the wheel industry. Therefore, this paper mainly aimed at the newly developed high performance supporting wheel material, has carried on the mechanical property test and the correlation performance calculation, and has carried on the performance comparison to the material, has made the best material choice. The mechanical test samples of four formulations were prepared by a twin-screw reaction extruder. The compression stress-strain curves of four formulations, Bakelite and foreign samples, were obtained by the universal test rig. The results show that the elastic modulus of the four new formulations is between 3500MPa and 5000MPa, which is higher than that of the samples and Bakelite. The displacement deformation and plastic deformation energy of the bearing wheel are obtained by the finite element software ANSYS. In the process of practical work, the roller is subjected to repeated extrusion, and the plastic deformation energy is converted into heat, which becomes the main factor of the increase of the internal temperature of the roller. Using the knowledge of thermodynamic analysis, the temperature field distribution of the roller in the working process is deduced, and the maximum temperature value and the position of its appearance in the heat exchange equilibrium of six kinds of materials are obtained.
