【摘要】：正1.故障現象1臺配裝23.5-25-20PR-L3型斜交輪胎的某型6t裝載機在使用過程中,經常出現前輪內胎漏氣故障,剛把左輪內胎修補好,幾天后右輪內胎又出現漏氣。主機廠與輪胎配套廠家到現場檢查,發(fā)現內胎損壞部位均位于外胎墊帶邊部,且外胎墊帶胎趾處起褶皺,如圖1所示。2.故障排查現場檢測該裝載機輪胎輪輞曲線符合國標要求。該機剛銷售1個月,輪輞與胎踵接觸部位有不同程度磨損,如圖2所示。
[Abstract]:Regular 1. Fault phenomenon A 6t loader equipped with 23.5-25-20PR-L3 type oblique tire often has air leakage in front wheel tube during operation. It has just repaired the inner tube of the left wheel and then the inner tube of the right wheel has been leaking a few days later. The main engine factory and tire matching factory inspected the site and found that the damaged parts of inner tire were all located at the edge of the outer tire pad, and the outer tire pad had folds at the toe, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. The wheel rim curve of the loader tire meets the requirements of the national standard. This machine has just been sold for 1 month, and the rim has different degree of wear and tear with the heel, as shown in figure 2.
