柔性附著塔式起重機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:柔性附著塔式起重機(jī)主要用于熱電廠冷卻塔施工等特殊場(chǎng)合,由于其應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合的特殊性,采用鋼絲繩軟附著與塔壁連接,不僅能夠靈活調(diào)節(jié)塔機(jī)與塔壁之間的距離,更有利于塔機(jī)及塔壁的受力,但塔機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。論文以傳統(tǒng)力學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),研究塔機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及動(dòng)力學(xué)分析過程,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法深入研究柔性附著塔機(jī)金屬結(jié)構(gòu)。有限元方法是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法之一,利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)柔性附著塔機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用APDL參數(shù)化方法計(jì)算不同參數(shù)環(huán)境下柔性附著塔機(jī)靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)特性。 首先針對(duì)柔性附著塔式起重機(jī),利用有限元法分析了附著層數(shù)對(duì)塔身強(qiáng)度及附著鋼絲繩內(nèi)力的影響;并在彈性范圍內(nèi)通過非線性大變形計(jì)算,考慮應(yīng)力剛化現(xiàn)象,得到附著鋼絲繩剛度及其預(yù)拉力對(duì)塔機(jī)強(qiáng)度、靜剛度、動(dòng)剛度、局部穩(wěn)定性的變化曲線;同時(shí)得到柔性附著鋼絲繩截面參數(shù)及預(yù)拉力與鋼絲繩最大內(nèi)力間的關(guān)系,為柔性附著塔機(jī)軟附著參數(shù)的確定提供了設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。同時(shí),提出柔性附著塔機(jī)最優(yōu)附著策略。 借助動(dòng)力學(xué)分析理論,建立四質(zhì)量四自由度的柔性附著塔機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,通過對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)微分方程的建立與求解給出柔性附著塔機(jī)的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及求解過程。利用有限元方法詳細(xì)研究各沖擊載荷下柔性附著塔機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng),得到塔機(jī)系統(tǒng)最危險(xiǎn)構(gòu)件的動(dòng)載系數(shù)。通過APDL參數(shù)化建模,得到柔性附著塔機(jī)最危險(xiǎn)構(gòu)件的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)隨吊重起升加速度、附著層數(shù)、附著鋼絲繩關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。避免因起升加速度以及附著鋼絲繩參數(shù)選擇不當(dāng)引起塔機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)不穩(wěn)定性。 本文為柔性附著塔機(jī)的安裝及附著鋼絲繩的選取提供了準(zhǔn)確可靠的依據(jù),并且從靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)兩個(gè)方面驗(yàn)證了特殊場(chǎng)合下高起升高度塔機(jī)采用柔性附著的可行性。對(duì)于柔性附著塔機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)及施工過程提供了重要的理論依據(jù)與指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Flexible attached tower crane is mainly used for special occasions such as cooling tower construction in thermal power plant. Due to the particularity of its application, the soft attachment of wire rope and the connection of tower wall can not only adjust the distance between tower crane and tower wall flexibly, but also can adjust the distance between tower crane and tower wall. It is more favorable to the stress of tower crane and tower wall, but the structure of tower crane is complex. Based on the traditional mechanics theory, the paper studies the structure and dynamic analysis process of tower crane, and studies the metal structure of flexible attached tower crane with modern design method. Finite element method is one of the most widely used structural analysis methods at present. The structure of flexible attached tower crane is analyzed by ANSYS software, and the static and dynamic characteristics of flexible attached tower crane under different parameter environment are calculated by APDL parameterization method. Firstly, the influence of the number of attachment layers on the strength of tower body and the internal force of attached wire rope is analyzed by finite element method for flexible attached tower crane, and the phenomenon of stress stiffening is considered through nonlinear large deformation calculation in elastic range. The variation curves of the stiffness of attached wire rope and its pretension on the strength, static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and local stability of tower crane are obtained, and the relationship between the cross-section parameters of flexible attached wire rope and the pretension force and the maximum internal force of the wire rope is obtained. It provides the design basis for the determination of soft attachment parameters of flexible attachment tower crane. At the same time, the optimal attachment strategy of flexible attachment tower crane is proposed. With the help of dynamic analysis theory, the dynamic model of flexible attachment tower crane with four masses and four degrees of freedom is established. The dynamic analysis and solution process of flexible attachment tower crane are given through the establishment and solution of dynamic differential equation. The dynamic response of flexible attached tower crane under various impact loads is studied in detail by finite element method, and the dynamic load coefficient of the most dangerous components of tower crane system is obtained. By APDL parametric modeling, the dynamic response of the most dangerous components of flexible attachment tower crane is obtained with the lifting acceleration of the crane, the number of attachment layers and the key parameters of the attached wire rope. To avoid the dynamic instability of tower crane caused by lifting acceleration and improper selection of attached wire rope parameters. This paper provides an accurate and reliable basis for the installation of flexible attached tower crane and the selection of attached wire rope, and verifies the feasibility of flexible attachment for high lift tower crane under special circumstances from static and dynamic aspects. It provides important theoretical basis and guiding significance for the design and construction process of flexible attached tower crane.
