敏捷制造在F筑養(yǎng)護機械公司中的應用

【摘要】:在二十一世紀的第一個十年里,伴隨著中國經濟的穩(wěn)健增長我國工程機械行業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,同時日趨多變的市場環(huán)境和全球化競爭也對我國工程機械制造企業(yè)的環(huán)境適應性提出了更高的要求。 筑養(yǎng)護機械是工程機械行業(yè)的一個重要分支,產品具有品種多、數(shù)量少的特點,企業(yè)規(guī)模以中小型為主。我國筑養(yǎng)護機械行業(yè)經過數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,已經打下了較為堅實的基礎,但目前我國的多數(shù)筑養(yǎng)護機械制造企業(yè)仍然存在著生產專業(yè)化程度低、研發(fā)能力弱、信息化程度低、生產柔性差、市場反應遲緩等弱點。面對難以預測、迅速改變的市場以及用戶個性化和多樣化的需求,我國筑養(yǎng)護機械企業(yè)應如何調整自身來應對這些挑戰(zhàn),是擺在我國筑養(yǎng)護機械企業(yè)面前的一個現(xiàn)實的問題。 敏捷制造是一種全新的制造模式,實施敏捷制造有利于企業(yè)對迅速改變的市場需求做出快速響應,快速地生產出顧客滿意的產品。根據(jù)我國的筑養(yǎng)護機械產品和制造企業(yè)的自身特點,研究企業(yè)的敏捷性并相應地實施敏捷化改造戰(zhàn)略,提高企業(yè)的敏捷性,對于促進我國筑養(yǎng)護機械制造企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展很有意義。 本文介紹了敏捷制造的理論體系和制造企業(yè)敏捷性的研究方法。結合我國筑養(yǎng)護機械制造企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀提出實施敏捷制造的必要性。以F筑養(yǎng)護機械公司為研究對象,通過對F筑養(yǎng)護機械公司的敏捷性的具體分析,確定了F筑養(yǎng)護機械公司敏捷化的改造戰(zhàn)略。然后具體研究了F筑養(yǎng)護機械公司在產品研發(fā)、制造技術、管理模式、信息化、營銷模式、技術改造幾個方面進行敏捷化改造的具體內容,并對敏捷化改造的效果進行了跟蹤驗證。
[Abstract]:In the first decade of the 21 century, with the steady growth of Chinese economy, the construction machinery industry of our country has developed rapidly. At the same time, the increasingly changeable market environment and global competition also put forward higher requirements for the environmental adaptability of Chinese construction machinery manufacturing enterprises. Construction and maintenance machinery is an important branch of construction machinery industry. After decades of development, China's construction and maintenance machinery industry has laid a relatively solid foundation, but at present most of our country's construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises still have a low degree of production specialization, R & D capacity is weak, information level is low. Weak production flexibility, slow market response and other weaknesses. In the face of the unpredictable and rapidly changing market and the individualized and diversified demands of users, it is a realistic problem for Chinese construction and maintenance machinery enterprises to adjust themselves to meet these challenges. Agile manufacturing is a new manufacturing model. The implementation of agile manufacturing can help enterprises to respond to the rapidly changing market demand and quickly produce products satisfied with customers. According to the characteristics of our country's building and maintenance machinery products and manufacturing enterprises, the agility of enterprises is studied, and the agile transformation strategy is implemented accordingly to improve the agility of enterprises. It is of great significance to promote the further development of construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises in China. This paper introduces the theory system of agile manufacturing and the research method of agility of manufacturing enterprises. The necessity of implementing agile manufacturing is put forward in combination with the present situation of China's construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises. Taking F building maintenance machinery company as the research object, the agility of F building maintenance machinery company is analyzed, and the agility transformation strategy of F building maintenance machinery company is determined. Then the specific content of Agile transformation in product research and development, manufacturing technology, management mode, information, marketing mode and technical transformation of F Building maintenance Machinery Company is studied concretely. The effect of Agile transformation is verified by tracking.
