NGW行星傳動系統(tǒng)參數(shù)化建模與齒輪修形研究

【摘要】:本文從齒輪的嚙合理論出發(fā),經(jīng)過推導得到了變位漸開線斜齒輪的精確齒廓曲線,對斜齒輪的生成方式進行了分析,提出了檢驗生成的斜齒輪精度的模型,并對斜齒輪生成方式的精度進行了檢驗。得出的變位斜齒輪模型真正的做到了參數(shù)化,可以對任意的合理輸入生成模型。所提出的檢驗方法可以對目前在PRO/E中的斜齒輪造型方式進行檢驗,并可以給出齒輪模型的誤差。 以VB為平臺開發(fā),以NGW型行星齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)設計理論為基礎,完成了NGW行星傳動系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)化設計。以Pro/E為支撐平臺,以Automation Gateway為橋梁完成了VB與Pro/E之間的二次開發(fā),將各零部件按照其裝配關系集成為NGW行星傳動系統(tǒng),并利用VB與EXCEL的連接生成齒輪幾何參數(shù)表。所生成的系統(tǒng)能夠精確的描述NGW行星變速器,并可以方便的與設計系統(tǒng)相連接。 通過對齒輪修形方式的比較與分析,給出了各種修形方式在PRO/E中的實現(xiàn)方法,并給出其修形后齒形的示意圖。以NGW行星傳動系統(tǒng)中的太陽輪為研究對象,按照現(xiàn)有的齒輪修形公式,變形后得到了考慮軸安裝平行度誤差的修形量計算公式。并根據(jù)齒面接觸應力隨修形量的變化趨勢,通過ANSYS中的Workbench模塊對計算模型進行接觸應力分析,驗證了該修形量計算公式的合理性。
[Abstract]:Based on the meshing theory of gear, the accurate profile curve of modified involute helical gear is derived in this paper. The generating mode of helical gear is analyzed, and a model to test the accuracy of the generated helical gear is put forward. The accuracy of helical gear generation is tested. The modified helical gear model is parameterized and can generate any reasonable input model. The proposed method can be used to test the modeling method of helical gear in PRO/E, and the error of gear model can be given. Based on the design theory of NGW type planetary gear transmission system, the parametric design of NGW planetary transmission system is completed on the platform of VB. The secondary development between VB and Pro/E is completed by using Pro/E as the supporting platform and Automation Gateway as the bridge. The components are integrated into the NGW planetary transmission system according to their assembly relationship, and the gear geometric parameter table is generated by the connection of VB and EXCEL. The generated system can accurately describe the NGW planetary transmission and can be easily connected to the design system. Through the comparison and analysis of gear modification methods, the realization methods of various modification methods in PRO/E are given, and the schematic diagram of the modified gear profile is given. Taking the solar wheel in NGW planetary transmission system as the research object, according to the existing gear modification formula, the formula for calculating the shape modification considering the parallelism error of the shaft installation is obtained after deformation. According to the change trend of tooth surface contact stress with modification, the calculation model is analyzed by Workbench module in ANSYS, and the rationality of the formula is verified.
