收縮盤聯(lián)接的應(yīng)力分析方法研究

【摘要】:收縮盤聯(lián)接在風(fēng)電等裝備中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,是關(guān)鍵部件。本文在研究圓柱、圓錐過盈聯(lián)接應(yīng)力分析方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)收縮盤聯(lián)接應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)收縮盤聯(lián)接傳扭時(shí)的內(nèi)軸應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,開發(fā)了收縮盤的應(yīng)力分析軟件。 首先,利用彈性力學(xué)理論,研究分析了圓柱過盈聯(lián)接的應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法;推導(dǎo)了圓柱過盈聯(lián)接傳遞扭矩與結(jié)合壓力、摩擦系數(shù)等參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系;進(jìn)行了圓柱過盈聯(lián)接應(yīng)力的有限元仿真分析,并與解析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。 第二,在圓柱過盈聯(lián)接的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)了圓錐過盈聯(lián)接的應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法;研究了圓錐過盈聯(lián)接傳遞扭矩的能力與結(jié)合壓力、摩擦系數(shù)、錐角以及壓入力之間的關(guān)系;進(jìn)行了圓錐過盈聯(lián)接應(yīng)力的有限元仿真分析,并與解析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。 第三,給出了收縮盤聯(lián)接應(yīng)力的解析分析方法;對(duì)收縮盤聯(lián)接的各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析,并進(jìn)行了有限元仿真;分析了收縮盤連接的承載能力和壓入力、錐角、摩擦系數(shù)等參數(shù)之間的 關(guān)系,重點(diǎn)研究了摩擦系數(shù)和錐角的影響;開發(fā)了收縮盤聯(lián)接的應(yīng)力分析和扭矩計(jì)算軟件。第四,設(shè)計(jì)并完成了收縮盤聯(lián)接傳扭時(shí)應(yīng)力測(cè)量的方案和試驗(yàn)聯(lián)接件;對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析和對(duì)比,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與解析結(jié)果吻合一致,驗(yàn)證了理論計(jì)算的正確性。
[Abstract]:Contraction disc connection is a key component in wind power equipment. On the basis of studying the stress analysis method of cylinder and cone interference connection, the stress of contraction disc connection is analyzed, the internal axial stress of contraction disc connection is measured, and the stress analysis software of contraction disc is developed. Firstly, using the theory of elasticity, the stress calculation method of cylindrical interference joint is studied and analyzed, and the relationship between the torque transfer of cylindrical interference connection and the parameters such as pressure and friction coefficient is deduced. The finite element simulation analysis of cylinder interference joint stress is carried out, and the results are compared with the analytical results. Secondly, on the basis of cylindrical interference connection, the stress calculation method of taper interference connection is derived, and the relationship between the torque transfer ability of taper interference connection and binding pressure, friction coefficient, cone angle and indentation force is studied. The finite element simulation analysis of taper interference joint stress is carried out, and the results are compared with the analytical results. Thirdly, the analytical analysis method of the joint stress of the shrinkage disc is given, the stress analysis of each component of the connection is carried out, and the finite element simulation is carried out, and the bearing capacity, the indentation force and the cone angle of the connection are analyzed. Between the parameters of the friction coefficient The influence of friction coefficient and cone angle is studied, and the software of stress analysis and torque calculation is developed. Fourthly, the scheme of stress measurement and the test joint are designed and completed, and the experimental data are analyzed and compared. The experimental results are in agreement with the analytical results, and the correctness of the theoretical calculation is verified.
