基于混合單元的壓縮機(jī)覆蓋件的固有頻率分析

【摘要】:基于柳州某移動式壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)調(diào)試和老化試驗(yàn)中出現(xiàn)門板因震動產(chǎn)生的噪聲和焊接件變形開裂等問題。在結(jié)合有限元理論基礎(chǔ)上提出利用有限元仿真軟件對體單元、殼單元及殼梁單元三種不同的網(wǎng)格單元的門板結(jié)構(gòu)固有頻率進(jìn)行分析計算,并采取實(shí)驗(yàn)手段對仿真結(jié)果分析比較。得出不同網(wǎng)格劃分時門板結(jié)構(gòu)在有限元分析中的運(yùn)算特點(diǎn),從數(shù)據(jù)的對比可以看出殼梁混合單元算法是解決此類門板結(jié)構(gòu)件固有頻率的最合理的算法。此方法為后續(xù)類似結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元分析找到合理的網(wǎng)格劃分依據(jù),從而節(jié)省設(shè)計與分析的時間提高設(shè)計效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the problems of noise caused by vibration and deformation and cracking of welded parts in the production debugging and aging test of a mobile compressor in Liuzhou. Based on the finite element theory, the natural frequencies of three kinds of grid elements, such as body element, shell element and shell beam element, are analyzed and calculated by finite element simulation software, and the simulation results are analyzed and compared by means of experiment. From the comparison of the data, it can be seen that the hybrid element algorithm of shell and beam is the most reasonable algorithm to solve the natural frequency of this kind of door structure. This method can provide a reasonable basis for the finite element analysis of similar structures, thus saving the time of design and analysis to improve the design efficiency.
