轉(zhuǎn)子跌落在保護(hù)軸承上的動(dòng)力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:本文通過對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子失控后跌落在保護(hù)軸承中的碰摩過程進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,分別建立了轉(zhuǎn)子跌落在固定環(huán)、滾動(dòng)軸承、雙層滾動(dòng)軸承上的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了數(shù)值求解。使用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件ADAMS對(duì)完整的深溝球軸承模型進(jìn)行了建模和驗(yàn)證,并仿真分析了不同參數(shù)下的轉(zhuǎn)子跌落在軸承中的運(yùn)動(dòng)過程,通過對(duì)比轉(zhuǎn)子的軸心軌跡和接觸力,總結(jié)了轉(zhuǎn)子跌落對(duì)保護(hù)軸承造成沖擊破壞的影響因素,提出了減小跌落沖擊的方法和建議。使用ADAMS對(duì)一種新型的保護(hù)軸承即雙層滾動(dòng)軸承進(jìn)行了建模,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子跌落在該軸承中的運(yùn)動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行了仿真分析,轉(zhuǎn)子的跌落軸心軌跡和接觸力仿真結(jié)果表明雙層滾動(dòng)軸承能夠降低轉(zhuǎn)子跌落造成的沖擊。搭建了轉(zhuǎn)子跌落測(cè)試平臺(tái),對(duì)不同轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)子在不同保護(hù)軸承中的跌落過程進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,使用Labview數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)對(duì)跌落過程轉(zhuǎn)子的位移信號(hào)、轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)等進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理,對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并得出了一些結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dynamic model of a rotor falling on a fixed ring, a rolling bearing and a double deck rolling bearing is established by analyzing the rubbing process of the rotor falling in the protective bearing after the rotor is out of control, and the model is solved numerically. The full deep groove ball bearing model is carried out by using the multi body dynamic analysis software ADAMS. Modeling and verification, and simulating and analyzing the movement process of the rotor falling in the bearing under different parameters. By comparing the axis locus and contact force of the rotor, the influence factors of the impact failure of the rotor falling to the protective bearing are summarized, and the methods and suggestions for reducing the drop impact are proposed. A new type of protective bearing is used by ADAMS. The two-layer rolling bearing is modeled and the motion process of the rotor falling in the bearing is simulated. The simulation results of the rotor's falling axis trajectory and contact force show that the double-layer rolling bearing can reduce the impact caused by the fall of the rotor. A rotor falling test flat is built, and the rotor of different rotational speeds is in different protective bearings. The process of falling and falling is studied. The data acquisition and processing of the displacement signal and speed signal of the falling process rotor are carried out using the Labview data acquisition system. The results of the test are analyzed and some conclusions are drawn.
