【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,許多制造企業(yè)需要新建廠區(qū)以擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn),或者需要對(duì)原有的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。越來越多的企業(yè)管理者和工程技術(shù)人員開始重視設(shè)施布置問題,設(shè)施布置包括新生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和已有生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化。對(duì)于制造業(yè)來說,設(shè)置布置是否合理,將對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生長期的影響。因此,對(duì)制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化問題的研究具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 首先,本文在分析總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論,著重介紹了系統(tǒng)化布置設(shè)計(jì)方法。接下來,以一個(gè)具體的實(shí)例詳細(xì)說明了系統(tǒng)化布置設(shè)計(jì)方法在制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)中的具體應(yīng)用,其中在進(jìn)行基本要素分析時(shí)代表產(chǎn)品法的應(yīng)用極大簡化了設(shè)計(jì)的過程。 其次,本文結(jié)合制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置的實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)了制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,綜合運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊理論,構(gòu)建了制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置模糊層次評(píng)價(jià)模型,并利用該指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)前文設(shè)計(jì)出的布置方案進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。 最后,闡述了制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化的基準(zhǔn),提出了基于遺傳算法的制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化流程,在此基礎(chǔ)上以前文較優(yōu)的布置方案為實(shí)例,重點(diǎn)研究了制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化的遺傳算法設(shè)計(jì),最后應(yīng)用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行了程序運(yùn)行。在遺傳算法設(shè)計(jì)過程中,初始種群的產(chǎn)生采取SLP產(chǎn)生與隨機(jī)選取相結(jié)合的方式,提高了搜索的高效性;選擇過程設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的輪盤賭選擇進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),有效避免了早熟現(xiàn)象。實(shí)證分析表明了遺傳算法在制造業(yè)設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化中的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of manufacturing mode, many manufacturing enterprises need to build new factories to expand production, or to optimize the original production system. More and more enterprise managers and engineers begin to pay attention to the layout of facilities, including the design of new production systems and the optimization of existing production systems. For the manufacturing industry, whether the layout is reasonable or not will have a long-term effect on the operation of the production system. Therefore, the research on the layout and optimization of manufacturing facilities has a broad application prospect. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research results of related fields at home and abroad, this paper expounds the relevant theories of facility layout design, and emphasizes on the systematic layout design method. Then, a concrete example is given to illustrate the application of systematic layout design method in facility layout design of manufacturing industry, in which the application of product method greatly simplifies the process of design. Secondly, according to the actual situation of manufacturing facility layout, this paper designs the evaluation index system of manufacturing facility layout, and constructs the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model of manufacturing facility layout by using AHP and fuzzy theory. The index system and evaluation model are used to evaluate the layout scheme designed earlier. Finally, the benchmark of manufacturing facility layout optimization is expounded, and the process of manufacturing facility layout optimization based on genetic algorithm is put forward. The genetic algorithm design of facility layout optimization in manufacturing industry is studied. Finally, the program is run with MATLAB software. In the process of genetic algorithm design, the initial population is produced by combining SLP generation with random selection, which improves the efficiency of search, improves the traditional roulette selection in the selection process design, and effectively avoids the phenomenon of precocity. Empirical analysis shows the feasibility and effectiveness of genetic algorithm in manufacturing facility layout optimization.
