【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇，客戶個(gè)性化需求日趨明顯，客戶已不僅僅滿足從市場(chǎng)購(gòu)買到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品。這就使得生產(chǎn)多樣性、不可預(yù)見(jiàn)性、生產(chǎn)變更等現(xiàn)象頻繁出現(xiàn)，，傳統(tǒng)剛性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理正面臨著嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。因此，為客戶提供定制化產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的大批量定制生產(chǎn)模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它要求企業(yè)制造系統(tǒng)具備一定的柔性，以應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)不可預(yù)測(cè)的快速變化。 生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃作為制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的主要內(nèi)容，生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)是否順暢，產(chǎn)能安排是否合理等直接反映生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的合理性。因此，大批量定制生產(chǎn)模式下柔性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃研究是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)取勝的重要研究因素。為了有效解決競(jìng)爭(zhēng)問(wèn)題，有必要采用新方法和思想研究制定柔性的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大批量定制生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃柔性的影響因素主要有產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)、設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力、產(chǎn)品交貨期等；建立了以提前/延期懲罰之和最小與生產(chǎn)工期最短為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的設(shè)備能力規(guī)劃模型，并對(duì)如何充分調(diào)度設(shè)備空閑時(shí)間的方法進(jìn)行了研究，給出了基于交貨期和S-I的設(shè)備空閑時(shí)間調(diào)度方法。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)中零部件的生產(chǎn)裝配約束關(guān)系，提出了支持柔性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的任務(wù)元分解層次模型，并結(jié)合PERT理論，給出了各任務(wù)最早交貨期的計(jì)算方法，建立了任務(wù)元屬性與相關(guān)資源的邏輯映射模型，最終建立了通用件正向遞推的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型以及定制件基于交貨期逆向遞推的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型，并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)合同變更等突發(fā)狀況的處理方法。 上述模型及方法理論將為實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的合理分解以及加工設(shè)備的合理規(guī)劃，提高設(shè)備利用率，提高生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的柔性及可控性，進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求快速變化的能力提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:As the market competition intensifies, the customer's individuation demand becomes more and more obvious, and the customer is not only satisfied with the purchase from the market to the standard product. This makes the production diversity, unpredictable, production changes and other phenomena occur frequently, traditional rigid production planning management is facing serious challenges. Therefore, the mass customization production mode of providing customized products and services for customers came into being. It requires the enterprise manufacturing system to have certain flexibility to cope with the unpredictable rapid changes in the market. Production planning, as the main content of production management in manufacturing enterprises, directly reflects the rationality of production planning, such as whether the production system is smooth, and whether the production capacity arrangement is reasonable. Therefore, the research of flexible production planning in mass customization production mode is an important research factor for enterprises to win the competition. In order to solve the competition problem effectively, it is necessary to adopt new methods and ideas to make flexible production plan. Through the research, it is found that the main factors affecting the flexibility of mass customization production plan are product structure tree, equipment production capacity, product delivery time and so on. Based on the objective function of the sum of advance / delay penalty and the shortest production period, the capacity planning model of equipment is established, and the method of how to schedule the idle time of equipment is studied. An idle time scheduling method based on due date and S-I is presented. According to the production and assembly constraints of parts in the product structure tree, a task element decomposition hierarchy model supporting flexible production planning is proposed, and the calculation method of the earliest due date of each task is given based on PERT theory. The logical mapping model of task meta-attribute and related resources is established. Finally, the production planning model based on forward recursion of universal parts and the production planning model based on reverse recursion of delivery date are established. At the same time, it puts forward the methods to deal with the unexpected situation such as contract change. The above model and method theory will realize the reasonable decomposition of production tasks and the reasonable planning of processing equipment, improve the utilization ratio of equipment, and improve the flexibility and controllability of production planning. Then improve the ability of enterprises to respond to the rapid changes in market demand to provide a theoretical reference.
