不同前導(dǎo)葉時(shí)序位置下離心泵內(nèi)壓力脈動特性研究

【摘要】:【目的】尋找前置導(dǎo)葉的最佳時(shí)序位置,提高離心泵的綜合性能!痉椒ā恳阅车捅绒D(zhuǎn)速單級離心泵為研究對象,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型,對設(shè)計(jì)工況下前置導(dǎo)葉相對徑向?qū)~在4種不同時(shí)序(前置導(dǎo)葉相對周向旋轉(zhuǎn)0°、15°、30°、45°)位置下離心泵內(nèi)部流動進(jìn)行了三維黏性非定常數(shù)值模擬!窘Y(jié)果】隨著前置導(dǎo)葉時(shí)序位置的增大,時(shí)均揚(yáng)程和時(shí)均效率均呈周期性波動,當(dāng)時(shí)均揚(yáng)程處于波峰時(shí),時(shí)均效率處于波谷,當(dāng)時(shí)均效率處于波峰時(shí),時(shí)均揚(yáng)程處于波谷,最大時(shí)均揚(yáng)程比最小時(shí)均揚(yáng)程高1%,最大時(shí)均效率比最小時(shí)均效率高1.43%;隨著前置導(dǎo)葉時(shí)序位置的改變,離心泵的必需汽蝕余量先增大后減小,最大必需汽蝕余量比最小必需汽蝕余量高6%,前置導(dǎo)葉相對周向旋轉(zhuǎn)45°時(shí),必需汽蝕余量最小,空化性能最好;葉輪和徑向?qū)~壓力脈動的主頻和幅值直接受時(shí)序效應(yīng)的影響!窘Y(jié)論】前置導(dǎo)葉的時(shí)序位置對離心泵的外特性、空化特性、振動特性等都有影響,綜合比較分析4種時(shí)序位置下離心泵的性能差異,以前置導(dǎo)葉相對周向旋轉(zhuǎn)45°時(shí)離心泵的水力性能最好。
[Abstract]:[objective] to find the best time sequence position of the front guide vane and improve the comprehensive performance of the centrifugal pump. [methods] taking a single stage centrifugal pump with low specific speed as the research object, RNGk- 蔚 turbulence model was used. Three dimensional viscous unsteady numerical simulation of the flow in centrifugal pump with four different time series (relative circumferential rotation 0 擄/ 15 擄/ 30 擄/ 45 擄) of the guide vane relative diameter under the design condition is carried out. [results] with the front guide vane, the flow in the centrifugal pump is simulated. The increase of time sequence position, Both the hourly average head and the hourly average efficiency fluctuate periodically. When the average head is at the peak, the hourly average efficiency is in the trough, and the average efficiency is in the trough when the average efficiency is at the peak, and the average head is in the trough when the average efficiency is at the peak. The maximum average head is 1% higher than the minimum average head, the maximum hourly average efficiency is 1.43 higher than the minimum average time average efficiency, and the necessary cavitation allowance of the centrifugal pump increases first and then decreases with the change of the timing position of the leading guide vane. The maximum required cavitation margin is 6 higher than the minimum necessary cavitation margin. When the front guide blade rotates 45 擄relative to the circumference, the required cavitation margin is the smallest and the cavitation performance is the best. The main frequency and amplitude of pressure pulsation of impeller and diameter guide blade are directly affected by the timing effect. [conclusion] the timing position of the leading guide vane has influence on the external characteristics, cavitation characteristics and vibration characteristics of centrifugal pump, etc. The hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump is the best when the front guide vane rotates 45 擄relative to the circumference.
