永磁絲杠推力及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:針對永磁絲杠的絲杠和螺母之間不存在機(jī)械接觸,兩者依靠永磁體磁場的耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)與螺母直線運(yùn)動(dòng)之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)變換等問題,對永磁絲杠的傳動(dòng)原理、傳動(dòng)比及推力進(jìn)行理論分析,推導(dǎo)出傳動(dòng)比和推力與磁極節(jié)距、磁極對數(shù)、磁極寬度及絲杠直徑等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系式,提出磁極寬度、磁極對數(shù)和絲杠直徑3者的約束條件。通過有限元仿真,對磁極節(jié)距、氣隙長度、磁極厚度及軛鐵厚度等因素對推力的影響進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,氣隙長度對推力的影響最大,且隨著氣隙長度增大,推力近乎線性減小。推力隨磁極節(jié)增大以近似拋物線的關(guān)系變化,且在磁極節(jié)距8 mm時(shí)推力達(dá)到最大值。絲杠和螺母的磁極厚度變化對推力的影響基本相同,即磁極厚度越大推力越大;但在磁極厚度≤5 mm時(shí)推力變化較快,當(dāng)磁極厚度超過5 mm后推力變化趨于平緩。絲杠和螺母軛鐵厚度的變化對推力沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that there is no mechanical contact between the lead screw and the nut of the permanent magnet lead screw, they rely on the coupling of the permanent magnet magnetic field to realize the motion transformation between the rotating motion of the lead screw and the linear motion of the nut, and the transmission principle of the permanent magnet screw is discussed. Through theoretical analysis of transmission ratio and thrust, the relationship between transmission ratio and thrust and magnetic pole pitch, logarithm of magnetic pole, width of magnetic pole and diameter of lead screw are derived, and the width of magnetic pole is put forward. Constraints for pole logarithm and screw diameter 3. Through finite element simulation, the effects of pole pitch, air gap length, magnetic pole thickness and yoke thickness on thrust are studied. The results show that the air gap length has the greatest influence on the thrust, and the thrust decreases linearly with the increase of the air gap length. The thrust varies with the increase of the pole node by the relation of parabola, and the thrust reaches the maximum value when the pitch of the pole is 8 mm. The change of magnetic pole thickness of screw and nut has the same effect on thrust, that is, the greater the thickness of magnetic pole, the greater the thrust, but when the thickness of magnetic pole is 鈮,
