精益生產(chǎn)方式在HX公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,推動(dòng)中國機(jī)床制造行業(yè)進(jìn)入一個(gè)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代。其鮮明特征表現(xiàn)為市場需求旺盛,新型機(jī)床層出不窮,價(jià)格戰(zhàn)愈演愈烈,競爭進(jìn)一步加劇。要保證效益不退,最切實(shí)可行的一條途徑就是加強(qiáng)企業(yè)成本控制,不斷降低成本。 精益生產(chǎn)是當(dāng)前工業(yè)界最具影響力、公認(rèn)最佳的一種生產(chǎn)組織體系和方式,實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)是降低成本、減少浪費(fèi),提高企業(yè)競爭力、謀求更大發(fā)展的重要手段,大量的實(shí)踐也表明其在“降本增效”方面具有顯著效果。 論文以HX公司為背景,對(duì)機(jī)床制造行業(yè)背景和精益生產(chǎn)理論進(jìn)行分析,主要以HX公司在當(dāng)前激烈的競爭環(huán)境下推行精益生產(chǎn)方式、努力降本增效的活動(dòng)為研究Qg容。論文的主要工作和成果如下: 1.依據(jù)精益生產(chǎn)、工業(yè)工程、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作與管理等理論和分析工具,提出了機(jī)械加工零件主軸殼體的工藝改進(jìn)方案,同時(shí)對(duì)其他工藝提出了改進(jìn)建議。 2.對(duì)公司目前的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,提出了質(zhì)量管理精益改進(jìn)方案,通過QC技術(shù)應(yīng)用及5S管理的推進(jìn)驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)方案的實(shí)施效果。 3.對(duì)公司目前的設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,提出了設(shè)備管理精益改進(jìn)方案,并以數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了實(shí)施效果。 論文在探討解決HX公司精益生產(chǎn)問題的同時(shí),對(duì)國內(nèi)機(jī)械企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)研究也提供了一種思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, China's machine tool manufacturing industry has entered an era of rapid development. Its distinctive features are strong market demand, new machine tools emerge in endlessly, the price war is intensifying, and the competition is further aggravated. To ensure that the benefit is not retreated, the most practical way is to strengthen the cost control of enterprises and reduce the cost. Cost.
Lean production is the most influential and recognized production organization system and mode in the industry, and the implementation of lean production is an important means to reduce cost, reduce waste, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and seek for greater development. A large number of practice also shows that it has significant effect on "reducing the cost and increasing efficiency".
Based on the background of HX company, this paper analyzes the background of machine tool manufacturing and the lean production theory. The main work and results are as follows: the main work and results of the paper are the implementation of lean production by HX company in the current fierce competition environment and the effort to reduce the efficiency of the Qg.
1. based on the theory and analysis tools of lean production, industrial engineering, production operation and management, the process improvement scheme for the spindle shell of machined parts is proposed, and some suggestions for improving the other processes are put forward.
2. the current quality management status of the company is analyzed and studied. The lean improvement scheme of quality management is put forward. The implementation effect of the improved scheme is verified through the application of QC technology and the promotion of 5S management.
3. the current situation of equipment management in the company is analyzed and studied, and a lean improvement plan for equipment management is put forward, and the implementation effect is verified by data.
This paper also provides a way to solve the lean production problem of HX company and to study the lean production of domestic machinery enterprises.
