約束邊界條件對(duì)氣動(dòng)復(fù)合彈性體形變性能的影響

【摘要】:采用橡膠氣囊和約束元件研制了一種新型伸長(zhǎng)型氣動(dòng)人工肌肉。采用高分辨率CT機(jī)測(cè)試了肌肉內(nèi)部氣囊與約束邊界接觸變形,并利用靜力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置進(jìn)行了不同類(lèi)型約束環(huán)人工肌肉在氣壓驅(qū)動(dòng)下變形對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了不同約束邊界條件對(duì)氣動(dòng)復(fù)合彈性體的形變性能影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:自由約束邊界大小決定人工肌肉的形變性能,圓環(huán)狀約束邊界明顯高于圓柱狀。其變形能力與約束環(huán)厚度成反比,與間隙成正比。在0.3 MPa氣壓下,圓環(huán)狀約束環(huán)約束的肌肉軸向變形量比柱狀約束環(huán)增加了51.9%;厚度為5 mm的約束環(huán)比厚度1 mm約束環(huán)軸向變形量減少了11.9%;間隙為1 mm約束環(huán)比無(wú)間隙軸向變形量增加了65.1%。
[Abstract]:A new type of elongated pneumatic artificial muscle was developed by using rubber air bag and restraint element. High resolution CT machine was used to measure the contact deformation between the internal airbag and the restraint boundary, and a contrast experiment was carried out on different types of restraint ring artificial muscle under the pressure driven by the statics experimental device. The influence of different constrained boundary conditions on the deformation properties of pneumatic composite elastomer is obtained. The results show that the deformation behavior of artificial muscle is determined by the size of free restraint boundary, and the circular constraint boundary is obviously higher than that of cylinder. Its deformability is inversely proportional to the thickness of the restraint ring and proportional to the clearance. At 0. 3 MPa, The axial deformation of the circumscribed muscle is increased by 51.9 than that of the cylindrical ring, the axial deformation of the circumscribed ring with a thickness of 5 mm is decreased by 11.9 and the axial deformation of the circumscribed ring with a gap of 1 mm is increased by 65.1 than that of the ring without the gap.
