水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析

【摘要】:水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承,是一種能減振、降噪耐磨的特種軸承,由于采用水作潤(rùn)滑劑和橡膠合金材料特殊的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì),具有了良好的潤(rùn)滑特性和獨(dú)特的資源節(jié)約與環(huán)境友好優(yōu)勢(shì),在水下工作環(huán)境得到了廣泛的使用。隨著石油、貴重金屬材料價(jià)格的上漲及環(huán)境的日益惡化,基于資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境友好的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論、方法和技術(shù),越來越受到人們的重視。通過軸承動(dòng)態(tài)特性的振動(dòng)研究,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析、控制和優(yōu)化,掌握其結(jié)構(gòu)、材料參數(shù)對(duì)其運(yùn)行品質(zhì)的影響,具有很重要的理論意義和實(shí)際價(jià)值;為此,本文在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于水潤(rùn)滑橡膠軸承研究的重要文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用有限元分析軟件對(duì)水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)和噪聲分析,并給出了水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承減振降噪的方法。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容概括如下: ①介紹了水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從Reddy理論出發(fā),對(duì)其振動(dòng)方程進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo),為軸承振動(dòng)分析提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 ②建立了水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承三維實(shí)體模型并對(duì)各部件劃分網(wǎng)格,得到其有限元模型后對(duì)其進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,討論了橡膠和銅管對(duì)模態(tài)的影響。 ③對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行了諧響應(yīng)分析和瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)分析,對(duì)水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承銅套、結(jié)合面和橡膠層分別進(jìn)行了分析研究,得到軸承的響應(yīng)特性和規(guī)律。 ④改變軸承的材料參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行固有頻率和應(yīng)力分析,通過對(duì)比得到軸承的降振措施,從而為優(yōu)化軸承結(jié)構(gòu),改善軸承運(yùn)行性能和提高軸承的壽命提供工程參考。 ⑤利用復(fù)特征值理論,對(duì)水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了噪聲分析,討論了水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)噪聲的影響,提出了通過改變其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)降低噪聲的方法。 本文內(nèi)容得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目“大尺寸高比壓水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法”(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):50775230)的資助,擬通過上述研究對(duì)水潤(rùn)滑橡膠合金軸承的振動(dòng)特性和噪聲研究方法提供新的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Water lubricated rubber alloy bearing is a kind of special bearing which can reduce vibration and reduce noise and wear. Because of its special physical and chemical properties, water is used as lubricant and rubber alloy material. It has good lubricating property, unique resource saving and environment friendly advantage, and has been widely used in underwater working environment. With the price of oil and precious metal materials rising and the environment deteriorating day by day, people pay more and more attention to innovative design theory, method and technology based on resource saving and environment friendly. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze, control and optimize the bearing dynamic characteristics, to master the influence of its structure and material parameters on its running quality. On the basis of reference to the domestic and foreign important literatures on the study of water-lubricated rubber bearings, the vibration and noise analysis of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearings are carried out by using finite element analysis software. The method of reducing vibration and noise of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing is given. The specific studies are summarized as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The present situation and development trend of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing are introduced. Based on Reddy theory, the vibration equation is derived theoretically, which provides a theoretical basis for bearing vibration analysis. (2) the three-dimensional solid model of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearing is established, and each component is meshed. The modal analysis is carried out after obtaining its finite element model, and the influence of rubber and copper pipe on the modal is discussed. (3) the harmonic response analysis and transient response analysis of the bearing are carried out, and the bearing response characteristics and rules are obtained by analyzing the copper sleeve, the bonding surface and the rubber layer of the water lubricated rubber alloy bearing. (4) the natural frequency and stress of bearing are analyzed by changing the material and structure parameters of bearing, and the vibration reduction measures of bearing are obtained by comparison, which provides engineering reference for optimizing bearing structure, improving bearing performance and prolonging bearing life. Using the theory of complex eigenvalue, the noise of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing system is analyzed, the influence of different structure parameters of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing on noise is discussed, and the method of reducing noise by changing its structure parameter is put forward. The content of this paper is supported by the project of "innovative Design Theory and method of large size and High specific pressure Water Lubricated Rubber Alloy bearings" (Project No.: 5050775230), sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. This study will provide a new reference for the vibration characteristics and noise research of water lubricated rubber alloy bearings.
