【摘要】:為體現(xiàn)Dymola建模仿真上的優(yōu)越性,以動態(tài)困油模型為基礎(chǔ),充分利用Dymola的圖形化建模特點,結(jié)合Dymola的面向?qū)ο蠛头且蚬?lián)系的特性,解決了動態(tài)困油模型中機、液系統(tǒng)之間參數(shù)無縫交換的問題。在Dymola現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)庫模型的基礎(chǔ)上,由修改編制的困油容積、困油流量、泄漏流量以及一維轉(zhuǎn)動等組件模型,搭建了動態(tài)困油模型的Dymola仿真模型,案例參數(shù)下的仿真結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果比較吻合。結(jié)果表明:采用Dymola語言進(jìn)行困油壓力仿真的思路有效、可行。
[Abstract]:In order to reflect the superiority of Dymola modeling and simulation, based on the dynamic oil trap model, taking full advantage of the graphical modeling characteristics of Dymola and combining the object-oriented and non-causality characteristics of Dymola, the machine in the dynamic oil trap model is solved. The problem of seamless exchange of parameters between hydraulic systems. Based on the existing standard library model of Dymola, the Dymola simulation model of dynamic oil trap model is built by modifying the module models of trapped oil volume, trapped oil flow, leakage flow and one-dimensional rotation. The simulation results under the case parameters are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the Dymola language is effective and feasible to simulate the trapped oil pressure.
