【摘要】：過盈連接結(jié)構(gòu)受力后接觸表面會(huì)產(chǎn)生小幅的相對(duì)滑移幅值,當(dāng)其處于一定范圍之間時(shí),微動(dòng)疲勞壽命縮短。針對(duì)一種設(shè)計(jì)的行星架過盈連接結(jié)構(gòu),為了評(píng)價(jià)該結(jié)構(gòu)過盈連接處設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,借助Workbench有限元分析軟件分析過盈配合處微動(dòng)滑移幅值情況�？紤]到從Workbench無法直接獲得指定方向和某個(gè)加載步的滑移幅值,提出一種提取滑移矢量的方法,分析指定方向和加載步的滑移幅值。結(jié)果表明,在加載階段,后端過盈接觸區(qū)域微動(dòng)滑移幅值處于臨界值范圍內(nèi),微動(dòng)疲勞壽命較短,分析結(jié)果可為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The contact surface of the interference joint structure will produce a small relative slip amplitude when it is in a certain range, the fretting fatigue life will be shortened. In order to evaluate the rationality of the design of the interference joint of the planetary frame, the fretting slip amplitude of the interference fit is analyzed by means of Workbench finite element analysis software. Considering that the slip amplitude of specified direction and loading step can not be obtained directly from Workbench, a method of extracting slip vector is proposed, and the slip amplitude of specified direction and loading step is analyzed. The results show that the fretting slip amplitude of the back-end interference contact region is within the critical range and the fretting fatigue life is shorter in the loading stage. The analysis results can provide a reference for the structural design improvement.
