【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,特別是制造業(yè)企業(yè),面臨著巨大的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,迫使企業(yè)加大步伐改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)和管理模式,將科學(xué)、先進(jìn)的方法和手段應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)過程中,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,從而使得企業(yè)立于不敗之地。如今,生產(chǎn)調(diào)度已經(jīng)成為提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一個(gè)重要戰(zhàn)略。 每個(gè)企業(yè)都有自己的特點(diǎn),其車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題也都有自己的特性,不同的企業(yè)采用的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度方法可能不一樣。本文研究了浙江偉星金屬制品公司的生產(chǎn)車間調(diào)度問題,根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從理論和實(shí)踐上解決生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題。該企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中,只有一個(gè)宏觀上的ERP系統(tǒng),生產(chǎn)調(diào)度在車間生產(chǎn)管理中沒有很好的進(jìn)行,對(duì)于具體的車間調(diào)度未采用合理的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度方法,都是通過人工干預(yù)來(lái)完成調(diào)度,因此,生產(chǎn)效率較低下,生產(chǎn)成本較高,有時(shí)候發(fā)生客戶訂單與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)不一致的事件。 針對(duì)上述問題,通過對(duì)該企業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)流程及產(chǎn)品加工工序進(jìn)行分析,車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度屬于混合流水車間調(diào)度問題。本文首先對(duì)車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析和總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),然后進(jìn)行遺傳算法設(shè)計(jì),并以實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了仿真,對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,取得滿意的效果,最后利用開發(fā)工具對(duì)本調(diào)度系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),通過測(cè)試,本調(diào)度系統(tǒng)使企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度中達(dá)到節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本、提高企業(yè)效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In the production of modern enterprises, especially the manufacturing enterprises, they are faced with enormous market competition pressure, which forces them to step up their steps to improve their production and management models, and apply scientific and advanced methods and means to the production process. Improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise, so that the enterprise in an invincible position. Today, production scheduling has become an important strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Each enterprise has its own characteristics and its shop scheduling problem has its own characteristics. Different enterprises may adopt different production scheduling methods. In this paper, the production shop scheduling problem of Zhejiang Weixing Metal products Company is studied. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the production scheduling problem is solved theoretically and practically. In the process of production, there is only one macro ERP system, the production scheduling is not well carried out in the workshop production management, and the reasonable production scheduling method has not been adopted for the specific job shop scheduling. The scheduling is accomplished by manual intervention, so the production efficiency is low, the production cost is high, and sometimes the customer order does not coincide with the actual production. In view of the above problems, through the analysis of the actual production process and the product processing procedure of the enterprise, the workshop production scheduling belongs to the mixed flow shop scheduling problem. In this paper, the requirement analysis and overall structure design of the job shop scheduling system are carried out, and then the genetic algorithm is designed, and the simulation is carried out with the actual data. The simulation results are analyzed and satisfactory results are obtained. Finally, the scheduling system is realized by using the development tools. Through testing, the scheduling system can save the production cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
